I purchased a ROK coffee maker and been very happy with it in the week or so since it arrived. A clear improvement on the Aeropress in terms of flavour and experimenting is great. Not so sure about the coffee sample they sent but this had been ground for a couple of weeks by the time I used it, so it's unfair to blame the coffee itself. Brewtool know that you should use freshly ground coffee, so why send a preground ( free) sample ?
Brewtool's ordering & delivery process was simple, fast and clear. They sent regular updates which were useful. I would order from them again.

Bought a ROK which arrived promptly with a nice personal message attached and also a sachet of coffee for my first cup. The ROK ain't that easy and I wasted the coffee!

I had a De Longhi Magnifica for about 12 years of faithful service but it eventually gave up the ghost and I replaced it with a De Longhi Autentica which I hated and so bought the ROK. It's taken me about six attempts but it is now producing better coffee than the Magnifica. It's worth the effort and is now giving me espresso to compare with any restaurant.

PS. You need to buy a proper tamper, 49mm.

Great experience. I've ordered and received in no time the ROK Espresso Coffee Maker Presso at a very good price ! The invoice came into a sealed envelpe with a lovely handwritten note(nice touch), was also nice to receive a free coffee sample ! HIGLY RECCOMENDED seller.

Only UK retailer I could find that stocked this product but I'm glad it was them! Free shipping is always great especially when it comes within 2 days. This company really went above and beyond and gave me a handwritten note inside the packaging. It's something small that really shows they are head and shoulders above any of their competition in customer service. This will definitely be my first stop for any future coffee related purchases!
