I called up with a few specific questions regarding the grinder, and I was connected with the manager Charlie . He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was choosing the right equipment for my café.

What impressed me most was that he was doing his own research while we were on the phone to ensure he was providing me with accurate information rather than just giving a quick answer. His knowledge and willingness to help gave me confidence that I was making the right purchase.

The price was also the best I found compared with other competitors. Overall, I received excellent customer service, great advice, and a very competitive price

Brilliant products, I can buy organic coffee & tea in bulk at a very reasonable price. Over £69 has free P&P so I only order 2-3 times a year, as this encourages me to stock up. The service is brilliant with swift delivery. Highly recommend.

This is an awesome family business with a real heart for their products and customers. I was setting up a new church community café and was guided by the wonderful Simon Davey on products, engaging community members and how to use the products for outreach. We were delighted that Simon also used his product knowledge to help us select products and pair them with appropriate meals for our new menu. He took the time to come and see us last week, during his down time, to see how everything was going. Simon and his lovely partner even cleaned up with us after we closed. I would recommend Kingdom as an ethical company with a real heart for service. Simon is a great asset to the team and we look forward to dealing with him in the future. His helpfulness, knowledge and community spirit is rare. We will certainly be using Kingdom in to the future.
