I really do like the Jumper bag, and I think Brevite's customer service is top-notch. I had similar complaints with shipping to some others, their tracker isn't great, but it gets there eventually.

My only complaint is that the top of the Jumper Large gets a little flexed/creased? Otherwise I really like it. Love the dividers and feel of the bag.

I love my purchase. I'm a teacher and I was looking for a backpack that was light and had a lot of organizations. I was searching and found brevite. I bought the Daily backpack I use it everyday for work it's amazing. I love the j pocket and the magnet closure. Its a beautifully designed backpack. I enjoy it.
I also bought the Brevite backpack to use for my Choir materials. I bring with me when I go to choir. Now I need one as a purse.

The bag(s) I purchased are great! I just recently bought my second bag from this company, the updated “Jumper” in large size. Very high quality for a reasonable price. Everything is up to the quality that is advertised. Ordering and shipping are easy and fast. The company really is terrific! I highly recommend their bags for photographers.

I’ve been a loyal Brevitē user for years, but my recent experience has been really disappointing. I filed a warranty claim for The Jumper (Large) backpack after the handle began to fray — a clear workmanship defect that falls under their “Lifetime Warranty.”

At the time I filed my claim, Brevitē’s warranty page said nothing about needing to purchase directly from their site or from “authorized resellers.” After I pointed out this omission and cited consumer protection laws, they quietly updated their website to add that restriction and then denied my claim under the new policy.

I have dated screenshots of the warranty page before they changed it, and to this day, there’s still no published list of these so-called “authorized resellers” (another unlawful practice). The whole experience has been disappointing and feels dishonest — especially from a company that markets its products around integrity and longevity.

Just received my Runner backpack and absolutely love it! There's so many pockets to store everything I need and the quality of the backpack is superb. Only thing I would like to see is a way to store a lens that is bigger than 200mm.

Fantastic Experience with Brevite. I purchased both the Elsewhere and the Anywhere camera bags which are both a perfect fit for my D-Lux 8, or my 2 Ricohs, when I carry them. It's definitely a good size for compact cameras, with the divider, which I appreciate so much, as I want a camera bag that is also stylish enough to be my everyday bag, without having to worry about the camera rattling around, or needing an extra case for it. I really appreciate that you can adjust the size of the divider to work for what you're carrying. Shipping was super fast, tracking accurate, and the bag was very well packaged and secure when I received it.

I have had my backpack for a week now and am loving it. The shoulder straps are a bit stiff but are getting more comfortable. I love the side pocket access to the main compartment. And this bag just proves how much I like a separate laptop pocket. The material is soft and someone called it “sleek”, so I’ll take it!

What I loved:
- I love how many pockets there are
- I love how sturdy it is
- I love how it looks on

What I disliked:
- Tracking this package is a disaster
- The tracker never updates
- They don't inform you if it's been put in your mailbox
- For the price I'm paying, I expect up-to-date tracking to make sure it doesn't get lost

Overall, I will say I recommend this product.

Just received my 'Jumper' bag and looking forward to taking it out and about on my next City break. Excellent quality with plenty of room to accommodate all of the gear and more that I need on such trips.

I love my new camera backpack! It holds the camera and lenses so well and I love the extra space to put everyday items in the bag. So worth it!

absolutely in love with this bag! so worth the price. the quality is INSANE, perfect storage pockets and water resistant as well. the thing i was most surprised about is that it doesn't look bulky or saggy no matter how much you stuff it. the weight is so well distributed so it doesn't hurt your back or shoulders as much as a normal bag. so worth it, if you're financially capable, this bag is worth the investment!💕

This is the best backpack i have ever had! You can really tell that this backpack was designed and made with care, dedication, performance, functionality and astetic in mind. This bag does not just preform well is also looks and feels amazing. I cant wait to see how it holds up.

Finding the perfect birthday gift for my 12-year-old daughter is a breeze! Had to order one for my 9 year old too

Werry good bag but the straps cpuld be better

Brevite is consistent in their products. What I've seen online from them matches the quality that I received in person. It's not just a gimmick, but it's truly their passion to make things right the first time.

I got my bag in a reasonable time so that was great! The material is super nice, it’s very comfortable to wear, and it looks really good!
The ONLY problem is I feel like it’s a little too snug getting my camera in and out and kind of takes some maneuvering, could just be that the body+lens I have on is kind of large, but it’s still manageable.
And honestly the snug part might be better for protection

Ordered, shipped and money taken... that's as far it got, apart from being spammed every day. Ship status was "En route to DHL ecommerce distribution center or awaiting processing" for a whole week!
Brevite CS said it may have missed a scan (ROFL), more like it missed being in stock and therefore also shipping!

I got a full refund on first asking. Tracking is still live with the same status.
