Na de uitzending van radar en mijn eigen twijfels ben ik er niet aan begonnen en krijg mijn geld ook niet terug .
Schijnt erg slecht voor de luchtwegen en longen te zijn .
Dit is bij radar op tv geweest dus zoek het zelf even op en beslis maar .

Snelle levering, goed product. Het vervangt het verlangen naar de sigaret. In 1 keer gestopt. Nu 2 weken rookvrij na 47 jaren gerookt te hebben.

Wat een slechte en langzame service, traag, te laat, retour wordt bijna onmogelijk gemaakt! Niks 1 dag levering,Een week na bestelling en na 2 mails!! Te laat voor mij want heb ergens anders een andere besteld. Kan iedereen shmuk aanraden zij houden wel woord! Ik heb lio gemaild zodat de bestelling geannuleerd kon worden want deze was toch niet verwerkt en spontaan werd hij in een keer verzonden! En dan de retour een grote ramp!!! ik hoop dat ik mijn geld gewoon terug krijg maar met hun trage reacties kunnen ze dat zo rekken dat ik het niet binnen 14 dagen retour kan sturen. Heb er een hard hoofd in.

Order paid on January 12. Part of the order was missing from the package. Support said they would ship the missing item, but I never received it and no tracking or shipping confirmation was provided. The promised delivery time has passed and I’m still waiting.

Considering how expensive these products are for what they actually are, customer service should be far better than this. Very disappointing experience so far.

Honestly, I woudnt bother reviesying but this product really helped me quit smoking, so I believe they deserve all good reviews so hopefully more people notice and try quitting smoking.

I placed my order with Breathlio on 13 November 2025 and, months later, I still haven’t received it.

There were no proactive updates, no transparency, and every follow-up from my side only resulted in more delays. The final response I received was that they cannot even provide an estimated delivery date because they “don’t have one.”

Waiting months after payment with zero accountability or timeline is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering — you may end up waiting indefinitely with no clear resolution.

Leider antwortet mir der Kundendienst nicht. Ich habe vor 12 Tagen eine Bestellung aufgegeben, und laut der Sendungsverfolgung wird mir angezeigt, dass die Ware bereits geliefert wurde, aber ich habe nichts erhalten. Auch gab es keine Benachrichtigung über die Ankunft der Ware. Ich möchte wahrscheinlich eine Rückerstattung beantragen oder zumindest, dass mir geholfen wird, mein Problem zu lösen.

A great customer service. Within 10 min the problem was solved.

Great product. Undoubtedly the most important tool in be able to quit smoking after 20 years. The grooves allow you to hold the Lio in which ever way your use to holding a cigarette. The resistant it provides on the intake of breath is very similar to that of smoking. None of the flavours are offensive. I’m not the biggest fan of cinnamon but im more than happy to use the cinnamon spice cores.

I think this is a scam I paid 398 dhs and received nothing!
No refund no order an no reply to any emails!
This company is a complete fraud and scam!
I will definitely be reporting this!

Easy delivery

I live in Spain and according to the website, delivery should be 3 working days. What they fail to tell you is that the item is sent from Netherlands and it took around 10 days to arrive. Not even when I requested a speedy despatch did they mention it'll take longer to get to Spain.
The cores arrived bone dry and completely tasteless. I messaged both the customer service and responded to an online survey that the founder sent out. No reply. Emailed again and they denied having received any correspondence from me and knew nothing of an online survey. They offered to send new cores(another 10 day wait) but I requested a refund. They told me I had to wait one month before i could request a refund. So I waited and I finally received my refund 2.5 months after my first complaint. Minus the 10€ return postage i had to pay to send it back.
And don't believe any of the video reviews- the company offers you 50€ if you send them a video saying how well it works. Well, that, my friends, is called a bribe and is hugely unethical.

They advertised that it takes 2 days if your delivery address is in Europe. I made the order before 3 days and now they informed me that it might take another 3 to 6 days to be delivered. Scam!

My wife and I have been vaping since their conception, so, what, 15 years. Smug in the belief that they don’t harm our lungs, akin, undoubtedly to the Marlborough man way back when smoking wasn’t considered to be unhealthy. That arrogance is waning now and we want to ditch the battery, the atomisers and the liquid (which my clever wife makes herself) and lessen the risk that in 10 years the intensive research reveals we are going to be in trouble in our older years, because we are inhaling substances continually that we should not be. Our son bought us a LIO for Xmas and I am certain that it is my route to being free of nicotine (which isn’t harmful) but the delivery system may well be. So, I love my LIO thus far and it is a big thumbs up from me.

Ging iets mis met bestelling en verzending maar customer care heeft goed geholpen en bestelling ontvangen. Na 34 jaar zwaar roken nu zoveelste stoppoging. Was al 3 weken gestopt toen ik de lio bestelde maar ook na 3 weken heel moeilijke momenten. De lio helpt me door deze heen . Vind het een heel fijne hulpmiddel.

I had purchased during "Black Friday 1+1 Promotion" - Though, i initially got one 1 device, when i contacted their CS team, i got the promo stock,

NEGATIVE: (Until Now!!)
I tried using it in different ways - After inserting & opening the front side/fraying (As they had shown in video) - But, i didn't feel anything (Neither the flavour NOR anything else) & once inserted, taking it out is also an hassle!!
I don't think there is any utility of it OR I'm NOT using it properly (Though, i tried multiple times in different ways) as i paid $65, i have kept in momento place & ceased usage!!

My Conclusion: It seems like a well marketed/wellpacked "SCAM" - The actual product doesn't has any UTILITY, USE & it's a Bait & nothing more!!

I bought a starter pack in June, (it’s December) it never arrived. The customer service said it was delivered but it wasn’t, so they said they would send a new package. I got the email confirmation saying it was delivered, again, even though it never arrived. I asked for a refund and customer service just stopped answering. Really frustrated with this whole scam.
