AVOID!! the purchase is not Risk Free. It's misleading to consumers that if the product doesn't help you quit as claimed that you're not risking your money. €60 for a stick with a hole. It's only risk free if you don't open the product.. which doesn't make sense, that's just a standard return.

Update
No resolution since the company replied, they sent me a label with no barcode or way of tracking the order so it would cost around €24 to return. They said it's not their problem if the label doesn't work from Ireland. Reported the false advertising to the Authority for Consumers and Markets. No Risk should mean not being out of pocket at all.

Ik heb de Lio nu een paar dagen binnen en ik moet zeggen dat het mij verbazingwekkend toch enorm helpt. Ik was een stevige roker al jaren lang, en ik heb al heel veel stoppogingen gedaan. Met de Lio merk ik dat ik toch een teugje kan nemen maar dan natuurlijk !

I recently purchased the breathe lio pro with the metal tip. My roommate also had the original lio and the plus. So I was able to try the original lio until the my lio pro came in.

Original lio
I really enjoyed the (light) weight and hold of the original lio. It is lightweight and feels natural to hold and breathe in through with the original cores. I also found if you year the core on the top end in day 2, you can get more flavor.

Lio plus
I was able to try the lio plus with the original core with the residence plug in and to me that was perfect. Exactly what I need to shift from vaping to lio.

Lio Pro

The pro with the new cores doesn't feel as nice to me. I don't like the new core in the pro. It's too airy, I wanted like the barest sliver of airflow for it to be enjoyable for me. It's also really heavy and with the metal tip I worry about it in my mouth since I tend to hold my vape in my mouth so I can vape while I game. I can't do this with the lio pro

I did try the old core in the pro lio and I did like that a bit better. But it's still pretty heavy, the resistance to breathing in is much more similar to vaping with the original core. It did feel like better weight distribution with the original core vs the new core.

Overall
I really enjoy lio and I'm lucky enough that I was able to try all three.
So I was surprised that I liked the lio quite a bit. However, I really enjoyed that I could use it anywhere and that it's not harmful.

Ordered it on 26th March. And its 15th April today and still no parcel from them. No customer care number available to contact.

UPDATE: Got my parcel one month later. But it actually works as if you fray all the way to mid. It will give you a satisfying throat hit. I liked orange and mint flavours the most.

A week update:
It actually works. The throat hit is amazing. Mint and orange are my favs till now. You can tear half and half core snd combine to mix flavours. Its amazing

Nee,dit is geen middel die me heeft geholpen te stoppen met roken.Het is een houten pijpje,waar je een smaakje in kan doen.Prima als je dat wil,maar er wordt gezegd dat het stoppen met roken makkelijker maakt.Dat heb ik niet zo ervaren.De lio en smaakjes liggen in de la,en stoppen is niet gelukt.

Breathelio is a complete scam. ABSOLUTELY ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS COMPANY GUYS.
I placed my order on the 1st of March, its the 12th of April and I haven’t received it. Their customer support keeps saying that it will be delivered soon and its been almost 45 days where their website said it will be delivered in 2-3 days. NEVER order from them! All the positive reviews you see are because they offer discounts for reviews (for the products that actually by chance make it to the customer). I have requested support for a refund multiple times and they are not even giving a refund despite a 30 day money back guarantee. Extremely frustrating dealing with this company.

Ho acquistato i nuclei di sapore facendo ordine giorno 10 marzo con posta prioritaria. Oggi è 11 aprile e non sono ancora arrivati. Ho chiesto il rimborso e mi hanno risposto che i nuclei sono in transito. Certo è che se una persona vuole usare questo aggeggio in sostituzione della sigaretta e deve aspettare più di un mese per avere i nuclei di sapore, avoglia che ci riesce 🤣🤦 come affermano loro quando la pubblicizzano!

Ho provato questo prodotto che non dà nessun colpo in gola ma si aspira solo aria che gonfia la pancia e
le ricariche che danno tutte di deodorante per ambienti hanno profumo nauseabondo chimico e irritano la gola facendo venire asma
Ho chiesto il reso perché sul sito c’è scritto soddisfatti o rimborsati e mi hanno detto di usarla per almeno 30 giorni
Allo scadere dei 30 giorni ho RI chiesto il reso e mi hanno mandato indirizzo di spedizione a carico mio (la spedizione costa quasi quanto il prodotto dall’Italia )

Mi madre lo compró hace más de dos semanas y no ha llegado a pesar que ha recibido un correo diciendo que sí que ha llegado y varios correos preguntandole qué tal la experiencia. No recibimos ninguna respuesta a las reclamaciones ni el paquete. Sentimos que nos han robado y además han dejado a mi madre muy ansiosa. El pedido es el 2133336, por favor dadnos una respuesta o un reembolso pero dejad de jugar con la gente. Servicio pésimo de atención al cliente.

Excellent product and service. This has been a game changer for my son’s journey and has now been nicotine free for 4 months. Lots of other things he tried and failed this is the only devise he has stuck to and feels able to manage with. Lovely packing and comfortable to use.

They don't even deserve zero. I ordered my product on 26th March, which was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 days. To date, it has not been delivered and is showing as waiting for pickup. No response at all from the support team on the emails; I doubt if they really even exist, or if it is a SCAM. Not reachable on the given WhatsApp numbers. Their promotional emails are still active from the same email ID, but there are no responses to the customer issues. Please do not buy from them.

Je possède 2 Lio une en bois d'olivier et l'autre en noyer. Je suis toujours aussi satisfaite puisque que je suis non fumeuse depuis le 18 janvier date à laquelle j'ai reçu ma 1ere Lio. J'aimerais bien tester d'autres saveurs par contre.

Seconda recensione,che dire.. Il 15 marzo per caso trovo su fb la pubblicità di Lio, mi informo, leggo e sinceramente dubbioso ho deciso di provare l'ennesima volta a smettere di fumare.. Son passato dalle camel a iqos già un traguardo ma volevo togliermi questo vizio.faccio l'ordine, il 20 marzo arriva.. Provo i diversi gusti cominciando dai fruttati e sinceramente non mi soddisfava..nella kit prova ho trovato la bustina cold turkey che mi ha lasciato molto soddisfatto. Nn so se sa magia, voglia di smettere, o come sia possibile ma da quel giorno per la prima volta in 30 anni non ho più fumato, in cassetto ho ancora il mio pacchetto iqos.. Ho ordinato un'altra serie di cold turkey. Devo dire che alla sigaretta nemmeno ci penso più.. Vado dal tabaccaio a prendere il tabacco per la moglie e esco soddisfatto.. Oltre al fatto che in 10 giorni mi ritrovo con 100€ in più 🤗 peccato non averlo scoperto prima

I am very happy with the Breathelio product. I decided to quit smoking, but I needed something to keep my hands busy during evenings or stressful moments. The product completely meets my expectations. However, I made a mistake when placing my order, and the support team was extremely helpful and caring. I would like to thank them for assisting me. Without a doubt, I will buy essential oil cartridge refills again if needed.

Zero star unfortunately not available. SCAM company in UAE. No proper response or customer service. All AI driven responses. I requested their product and didn’t receive it. I will raise awareness in UAE against this company to protect future users. I have all evidences and screenshots and will take both legal and social media pathways.

I paid 49 euro for the staterpack it does not taste the same they say on videos no flavour at all and if you try to get a refund they say you have to wait 30 days its NOT LEGIT no phone number they dont email back if you ask for money back DO NOT BUY IF YOU WANT TO SAVE 49 EURO FOR THIS SCAM

The flavoured sticks don't tightly pack in the wooden vape stick. So there's no pull experienced from sucking the air through. It's just air and not really tightly picking up from the flavoured stick. They sticks also fall out.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Breathe Lio. Since using their product, I’ve found it much easier to stop vaping, which has made a big difference to my overall health and daily routine.

The customer service has been excellent — very responsive and helpful whenever I had a question. Delivery was also quick and smooth, with no issues at all.

Overall, I’m really happy with the product and the service, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for support in quitting vaping or smoking.

Product didn't work for me, although the shipping was very quick and the company do seem to care.
