Totally not satisfied. The taste isn't strong and you can taste the wood of the lio.. I wanted to send it back but I can't get a reaction. Already 2 weeks further! And sended 2 mails.
I wanted to give one to a friend and one to my brother to try too. I better bought one instead of 2+1 free. I was so enthousiast, I wanted to stop vaping. But yeah. No, thanks! I'll try it on my own.

> Emails waren niet binnengekomen, nu netjes opgelost. Kan me voorstellen dat dit voor sommige mensen goed werkt, helaas niet voor mij. Maar nette service.
Op de website staat dat je 30 dagen hebt om uit te proberen en als het niet voor jou werkt geld terug. Nu werkt het helaas niet voor mij. Vervolgens geen mogelijkheid meer om met ze in contact te komen, reageren nergens op. Erg vervelend.

legno. Un’esperienza spiacevole. Non è assolutamente quello che vi aiuta a smettere di fumare. Piuttosto studiate le possibilità con centri anti fumo.

It’s a really good product
It’s a really good product. It helped me quit smoking after about 16 years. I found the mint-flavoured ones especially effective they really helped with the cravings. The fruit flavours, on the other hand, didn’t do much for me. If you’re trying to quit, I’d definitely recommend the mint ones.

Fail to deliver goods or refund
So far my request for refund has been denied despite the item failure to materialise. It's about a week late now and I keep getting 'appreciate your patience ' as if I have any choice.
I got another brand from Amazon which arrived overnight.
Avoid this lot.

Mooi product maar helaas kon ik er niet tegen; moeizame klantenservice
Edit 2: uiteindelijk via whatsapp contact gekregen, wel zeer langzaam maar uiteindelijk alles netjes opgelost en geld trruggekregen. Dus het kan wel :) het product zelf vond ik erg mooi maar kon er helaas niet tegen, de klantenservice is moeizaam. De mails waren wel verzonden maar gaf een error bij hun, dus ze hebben wel geprobeerd te mailen maar het kon niet verzonden worden.
Edit: Ik heb nergens een mail van jullie! Alles al nagekeken, spam, inkomend, gezocht op mailadres en op bestelnummer. Dus waar mailen jullie heen?
Helaas, krijg het enorm benauwd ervan, ik vond het fruit smaakje wel lekker en mooi design, maar blijkt dat ik astma heb en er niet tegen kan. Heb al 2x gemaild en krijg gewoon geen reactie maar wel iedere dag reclame mails. Zeer treurig

Non serve a niente, non ricorda minimamente le sigarette. Le ho comprate perché garantivano il rimborso ma questo non avviene, semplicemente smettono di rispondere alle email. Ad una mia recensione negativa hanno risposto di scrivergli con un'altra email. Ovviamente non hanno risposto nemmeno alla seconda email. EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE

Honest opinion of 1. Week user
It started with a bit of a broblem. it wouldn’t take my card then I got another person to order for me but it didn’t find my adress so it got delivered at my boyfriends moms house.
delivering was fine took 3 days to Danmark
kinda works yeah the “I want to vape” feeling doesn’t go away couse my body is surching for nicotine
and it takes getting used to the feeling of no smoke comming out
But in the end it does it’s job
I haven’t fully stopped vape and I’ve used it for a week but I’m only picking my vape up when I’m at home that’s a start.
And love that you can just take in anywhere in stores, work… yeah ppl look at you but no one says anything couse I’m not smoking there’s no smoke even tho I look like I’m smoking
Besides that I can’t buy stuff myself and get it delivered to my own house..

No need to buy this
They havent ship the product as it was mentioned in the purchase page, than they never provided proper response with reliable information that i thought its a scam for a while. It arrived however, you can also diy this product at home by removing internal part of any pen its nothing special and the diffusers are not really have any taste. Does not worth the hassle and the money overall.

I am smoking for 10-15 years. For 2 weeks I managed to fully stop. It still takes effort and willpower but Lio makes it 5 times easier. Especially the mint and papermint are really doing the trick.
