Super schnelle Lieferung! Allerdings war das Polo von Lacoste nicht wie angegeben..100% Baumwolle sondern nur 52 % der Rest Polyester von 48%. Leider allergisch gegen Polyester deshalb ging es zurück. Schade !!!

Really disappointed as I check…
Really disappointed as I check TrustPilot regularly before I shop somewhere new. I submitted a return a while ago -they've got one of those annoying returns systems where you have to submit a 'request' as opposed to just being able to create a label yourself. 4 days later (and now overdue on my 30 day returns period) I realised I still hadn't heard from them, so completed an online contact form....nothing. I completed another online contact form...nothing. I'm still waiting, and at this point I'm unsure if I'll ever be able to get a refund. Frustrating
They have since replied stating that they have replied twice. I check my emails daily and have never received a reply, so I wonder if there’s a technical fault with outgoing emails their end.

Shockingly poor after sales service
Order came late and when I tried the shoes on the tongue on the left shoe came off in my hand.
Customer services accused me of ‘pulling with all my strength’ as that was the only way this could happen. After sending two more emails requesting a full refund they have not responded any further and I have had to raise a dispute with PayPal.

First, he claimed he returned the shoes weeks ago.
When we asked for the return parcel number, we got no response.
Today he files a credit card dispute and at the same time generates a free return label on our portal.
He then cites that tracking number as the “return.”
Too bad we have all the evidence.

Der linke Stiefel weist einen sichtbaren Kratzer auf.
– An diesem Stiefel ist eine Naht nicht sauber verarbeitet, wie Sie auf den beigefügten Fotos sehen können. Ich habe eine E-Mail mit den Fotos geschickt und versucht, Brandstyle24 per E-Mail und über die Website zu kontaktieren, aber leider keine Antwort erhalten! Außerdem hat der Lieferfahrer die Ware nicht einmal bis ins Obergeschoss gebracht!

Winterstiefel mit sehr guter Qualität
Sehr gut beschrieben und mit Bilder versehen. Sehr schneller Versand 📦.
Auch Größentabelle-hat alles gepasst.
Die Schuhe haben eine sehr gute Qualität (warm, wasserdicht und winddicht). Besonders toll finde ich, dass die Stiefel über einen Reißverschluss geschlossen werden können, aber zusätzlich mit der Schnürung an die Wade angepasst werden können (Z. B. wenn man die Hosenenden in die Schuhe stopfen will…also der Schnee kann kommen 😊❄️☃️
