As a small business owner. All I can say is BrandsGateway is the one stop solution for all your dropshipping / retailer business needs. They have fantastic team to support with any questions they don’t hesitate to answer and help in resolving the issues.

I was new to Shopify & auto charged $295. I was playing with features and little did I know that adding this companies app I would be auto charged $295. I noticed it two months after the charges went through. I noticed the day after the second charge and asked for at least a refund of that month (because it was within 24 hours of the charge) and I had not used the Brandsgateway app a single time. The email I received was brief and rude. They just told me to review their refund policy. Clearly they are not willing to be honest. For a company that sells high end brands I would be worried that they would treat your customers the same way as a shoppify or e-commerce owner. Proceed with caution. We had a disappointing experience with BrandsGateway's dropshipping service and are compelled to share concerns:
-Brand Authorization: We received communication from a legal team representing a major brand questioning the inclusion of their products that we listed from BrandsGateway. This raises serious questions about the legitimacy of their operation.
-Return Costs: We discovered discrepancies in the charges for returned items. The sum total was calculated to be thousands of dollars of overcharging. When we presented evidence of overcharging across multiple returns, the company's response was unsatisfactory.
-Inventory Issues: The available inventory often lacked popular sizes and seemed to consist mainly of less desirable items. With many sellers offering the same products, achieving profitability is extremely challenging. 
-Marketing Practices: A BrandsGateway representative informed us that a large majority (90%) of their dropshippers are not successful. This information contrasts sharply with their marketing materials.  Based on our experience, we have concerns about the accuracy of the success stories promoted by the company. There are already a lot of embellished and exaggerated marketing practices in the dropshipping industry, and we believe BrandsGateway is no exception.

I strongly advise potential users to thoroughly research and consider alternative suppliers before engaging with this service. Additionally, I recommend verifying the legality of selling specific brands through any dropshipping service to avoid potential legal issues. Our experience with BrandsGateway and its management was deeply unsatisfactory, and we cannot recommend their services based on our interactions and the issues we encountered.

I promised the team of Brandsgateway to write a honest review after I made my first few orders. I joined their dropshipping service and signed up for the shopify plugin in April of 2024. The app was super easy to install and to import the products.
It took me about 3 weeks to finish up my store and have it connect to google merchant, meta etc. After around 2 weeks of no traffic I had booked a brainstorming session with BrandsGateway and they gave me some honest feedback on my shopify store + marketing tricks & tips. Which helped me tremendously, another week went by and I started to receive my first orders. + that I started selling on a marketplace.
Never been so excited in my life and the amazing team from Brandsgateway explained how the order process works (SUPER SIMPLE) and all my customers received their purchase orders within 2-3 days.
I currently average 5-10 orders per week, which is enough for me as side income. Because of the high profits and brands they offer I don't really need more than that.

Extremely helpful supplier. I signed up to their dropshipping service last month and the entire team have been helpful along the way. Compared to many other shopify apps, Brandsgateway has definitely the largest selection of brands and inventory and profits are considerably higher. The membership fee is a bit pricy, but I received great value in return. They processed my first few orders within 1 day and my customers are loving their purchases.

Beware Brands Gateway sell to anyone at the full discounted cost as long as the order value is minimum 1,000 EUR. They don’t protect Wholesale Client nor Dropshippers by ensuring they are selling only to trade. When we asked them if they are B2C they suggested that not every person can spend this much on a luxury item. Pretty sad since we thought their USP was to sell Luxury items!!
