I rarely write reviews, but this experience was terrible. I waited over a month for a £500 refund, constantly going back and forth with customer service who kept repeating, “it’s been processed.” Only after contacting their bank myself was the issue resolved. They only “investigated” once I proved it.

On top of that, I was never informed about duty taxes. I paid £250 upfront, then received another £280 bill from FedEx for the same order—because they split it into two shipments without telling me. This has cost me a huge portion of my profits.

Avoid this company at all costs.

By far the best wholesaler and dropshipping provider out there. The support is very fast and takes care of every issue. The terms and the selection are unmatched. And if complications do arise, you are in the best hands with the Brandsgateway support team.

Brandsgateway are very efficient in the services they provide. They have made luxury dropshipping very seamless and straightforward. You get the value for the subscription. Their order fulfilment, shipping and delivery, as well as customer support ranks them as the best.

They have a new app and it works really well. And the service is really good. They find always a solution.

Brands Gateway has a great system and app and they really do deliver on what they promise. They are reputable and honest, while the extensive range of items they offer is incredible. There is a lot to learn but the materials they provide are very good, along with their good attention to detail and customer service. Really happy with them!

Very poor user interface. The sign up experience is a disaster, after registering you are lopped in an endless page which keeps asking too u sign in. You will never get to see the catalogue!

They need to make a solid investment into their website it feels like it was build in 2012. Some features are such a struggle to try to use one just gives up.

Verzendkosten zijn mega duur en je moet ook nog eens een duur abonnement afsluiten om hun producten in te kopen en te wederverkopen. de meeste producten zijn maar in 1 of 2 maten beschikbaar zodat je moeilijk publiciteit kan maken want je krijgt veel verloren kliks die je dus geld kosten en als producten retour gaan van je klanten kan je ook nog eens restocking betalen. Kortom begin er niet aan, het is allemaal verloren werk en zij hebben natuurlijk hun doel binnen - de abonnementsprijs want daar draait alles om

I would not recommend! Their app never properly worked.
1. The image synchronization never worked properly. I had to go through my shop every day and look for images not in sync. Talking to their support every day to fix images. In other cases, partial images were in sync.
2. Extremely bad data quality. Extremely bad. They do not have a standardised way to provide product description. I had to write my own NLP to standardise the descriptions. In many situations they were not providing a descrption.
3. A derivative problem to (2). Due to the extremely bad quality of their data you may get blocked from Meta and Google. Investing significant amount of time in fixing them, otherwise you will end up blocked or their algorithms won't work properly.
4. They add thousands of products one day and after a week they disappear. Either they sold them in bulk or have no clue what they are doing. You end up investing time and money in Marketing for some NEW products and then they disappear.
5. Non competitive pricing. Their pricing is not competitive at all. Do you own competitive analysis before purchasing any subscription.
6. No transparent shipping fee.
7. No transparent operating model. They are more like dropshipping aggregator rather than a dropshipping service.
8. All of their products are listed on ebay on extremely low price. If you put together all the fees you cannot compete with the prices on ebay unless you start selling on loss. Which is not an option.

I could keep on writing, but I believe I cover the most important points. Do your own due diligence before purchasing a subscription.

I’m just getting started with them, and so far the experience has been very good. They are responsive, answer all my questions, and help me find solutions whenever I need guidance. I’m still learning from them, but everything looks promising so far. I look forward to continuing to work with them and possibly updating to 5 stars as I get to know their services even better!
