Timbers excellent quality. A fair few decking boards were slightly bowed but pulled in when screwed down after a bit of manipulation. Delivered when promised so happy overall

Writing this on behalf of my mother in law. Ordered the same gravel as i had few weeks before. New lot turned up 5x darker an when i phoned up i was told sometimes its how they come from the quarry. So wasted £120 for nothing as too dark to be put down.

Your customer service is buy far the best I have encountered in the building supplies industry. I've placed several web orders and received a response from which ever local depot is dealing with my order pretty much within the hour. Impressive, if only the others realised that builders are customers who are usually spending a lot of money, albeit on someone else's behalf.
