Boxtrees Nursery Ltd Arvostelua

My box tree was so healthy and big - I am very happy with the product, the customer service and delivery. Thank you

Sooooo very impressed! Speedy service, great price and stunning quality Buxus.

Excellent customer service, next day delivery of very healthy topiary yew .

I ordered an ilex ball, as a replacement for box, which was delivered speedily and in great condition. However, due to recent scams, I was rather worried by not being able to pay by credit card online so set up an electronic transfer which obviously took extra time and effort. I have given Boxtrees Nursery five stars for its stock and delivery time but would urge them to update their website to make ordering seemless and easier.

Great value tree, arrived so quickly and in beautiful condition. Thank you

Box trees ordered along with euonymus plants.
Arrived in record breaking temperatures for May. Planted straight away and kept watered.
Euonymus are thriving but the box trees have died.
Boxtrees very kindly offered to replace them.
Thank you Boxtrees

Excellent service.
I actually spoke to a person on the telephone who was able to answer my query straight away before ordering online.
The box cones were delivered exactly when they were supposed to, with no hidden delivery charges. They are very good quality and came with very useful information.

There flexibility to help out at such short notice, there knowledge and the quality of the plants were exceptional

Great company to purchase from. There was an issue with a plant and it was swiftly and willingly resolved by sending a replacement and the initial one collected. Emails were all answered quickly and I couldn't recommend them more

Great service and really healthy plants 👍

I was able to order the plants I needed easily. The plants arrived as stated and were in excellent condition. Very smooth and fast process. The plants and delivery were affordable.

I have used Boxtrees for two projects recently and have been very happy with the quality of their plants and speed of delivery.

Very knowledgeable in what they are selling. Will definitely buy again.

Though delivered late due to certain circumstances. Cannot fault the quality of the plants .
Only given 4 stars as I would of liked an update rather than having to chase up.

Would deffo buy again.

Really excellent trees delivered, well packaged and the best price I found. Would highly recommend them, if you need hedging. The trees were really good compared to other hedging I've had delivered. Thanks.

I purchased a Taxus baccata ball from Boxtrees Nurseries. I appreciate that the nursery can’t fully control the delivery provider, but unfortunately the delivery experience was disappointing. The plant did not arrive on the scheduled day, and when it finally arrived, the box was damaged and had clearly been tipped over during transit. There was soil throughout the box and over the plant itself.
Thankfully, the plant was not physically damaged, but the overall shape of the ball was quite poor, with triangular sides and rounded top. There was also a noticeable amount of brown foliage on the top, which was disappointing given the price and expectations for quality.

I ordered about 20 balls from
Here a number of year ago and they’ve been really healthy. Over the years I have brought a couple of box balls from other retailers and they’ve not been that great. So recently when I wanted 4 more I made sure I ordered them from here. They arrived looking healthy and lush.

From ordering to delivery the process was seamless. The plants were very healthy and vibrant looking and came with great instructions! I'd order from Boxtrees again...

Really good trees and look very health. Great protective packaging and excellent delivery with regular updates
