I bought several BOXRAW items a few months ago, and they've all become an essential part of my gym kit - highly recommend.

I'm mainly writing this review as I had an unexpected fabric issue with one item. The customer service team were excellent at helping reach a prompt and suitable solution - exceeded expectations!

Never had a bit of clothing that wasn’t comfy, sizing fit perfectly, the training gear is breathable and workable in.

The tunro tracksuits are well designed super comfy, good for lifestyle and training. The fleece is really warm and matches the pictures to a T I’ve had a load of people come up to me and say how fresh and good the cloths look.

I ordered merchandise worth 340 US dollars from this website . It was my first time shopping from them and to this day I haven’t received my order. When I contacted them they said I must wait a few more days . I did then contacted them again and they told me the parcel has reached my country and hasn’t been processed. They gave me a tracking link that says the parcel is in the UK which means they lied about the parcel already having reached my country . When I contacted them again after not receiving anything they denied the existence of my order. They said my order number doesn’t exist and yet I have all the proof of the confirmation and communication from them.

I regret buying from them and they are refusing to give me a refund let alone help me locate my parcel . At this rate I don’t even know if this website is legit or a scam but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone .

On 6 March 2026 time 11 am I made a payment of €117 to BOXRAW Ltd via iDEAL through Stripe Technology Europe Ltd.

The payment reference is: 7140626254812846.

However, I was informed that you cannot find my order in your system. The payment has already been successfully deducted from my bank account.

I kindly ask you to investigate this payment and either locate my order or issue a refund.

If I do not receive a response within 3 business days, I will be forced to start a payment investigation and dispute procedure through my bank (ING Bank) and Stripe.

I would really prefer to resolve this situation positively. Therefore, I kindly ask you to either locate my order and ship it, or refund the €117 as soon as possible.

If this issue is not resolved soon, I will unfortunately have to escalate the matter through my bank and share my experience within my sports network.

I hope we can resolve this quickly.

Please resolve this matter as soon as possible.

Ordered a pair of boxing bout shorts for our son . After the 28 days refund policy, they came apart at the seam . Boxraw went above and beyond and gave us a credit note in points to use on another item .

Everything about this company is just perfect from the ordering system down to customer services, ordered a sauna suit it come was a bit big they helped with every step Andre was a pleasure got hold of me via email within 5 days was polite and respectful seriously couldn’t be happier with them will be using 100% again.

My shipment was slightly delayed but the people at Boxraw made an effort to keep in touch and follow up with the carrier(s). Great customer service and the Impello 2.0 boots are incredible.

Honestly, my experience with Boxraw has been terrible.

I placed an order that never arrived, and instead of helping solve the issue, their customer support kept pushing responsibility elsewhere and giving me no real solution. What’s even more unbelievable is that it has taken almost half a year just to start the process for a refund.

As a customer, you expect a company to stand behind their orders and help when something goes wrong. Instead, I lost time, money, and a lot of patience dealing with this situation.

Really disappointed with the lack of support and the way this whole situation was handled.

Great quality gear. The materials feel very premium and the designs are perfect for training. Shipping was smooth and everything arrived well packaged.

If there’s one thing to improve, it would be making the return process a little quicker and simpler. Overall though, very happy with the products.

These Boxraw garments are truly beautiful and pleasant to the touch, breathable, and exceptionally well made and tailored. They feature eye-catching and motivating graphics. I believe Boxraw is a brand destined for great things.
