Funniest show I've seen in years (and I'm ancient). Brilliantly irreverent. singing, dancing, acting all wonderful. Everybody left with a smile on their face. What more could you ask for?

Impossible to Contact the company after purchase, and no confirmation email received.
I purchased tickets for Fawlty Towers. I did not receive the confirmation email.
My mother had a stroke and I tried to see if I could exchange for a different performance. The only way to get in touch is via their chat on the website, to which I received no response (I tried for 3 days). I managed to find a email and a phone number through the theatre directly. The phone number had an automated message saying their phone lines are closed, and I have had no reply to my emails. It's a complete rip off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I attempted to purchase tickets for "Hello Dolly" three times, but the BoxOffice.co.uk website malfunctioned each time. Frustrated, I had to find tickets elsewhere. To my horror, BoxOffice.co.uk has now charged my card three times for failed transactions, with no confirmation emails or e-tickets provided. It's clear I've been scammed.
Adding insult to injury, there's no way to contact the company to resolve this.
Potential customers, please take heed: Avoid BoxOffice.co.uk at all costs! Buy your tickets from a reputable source. I deeply regret not checking Trustpilot first – 75% of their reviews are 1-star for a reason.
I did not click on cancellation…
I did not click on cancellation insurance - it was greyed out. I was charged. I could not get a refund on the tickets. The agent I (eventually) spoke to after an hour on the phone said that I would get an e-mail to review the situation, but as it was the weekend, it would be Monday. Still waiting. This is a scam.

Insecure website, bank details hacked
Booked tickets for a theatre trip using this company. Hours later my bank account and others were hacked. Bit of a coincidence. They do not seem to be a secure website.
Over priced but all good!
I made a mistake, like others, not realising I hadn't bought through the arena directly and subsequently paid about £7 per ticket more than I needed to. I read the reviews which then really worried me but it was all for nothing as I received my tickets promptly.. no issues at all, and then on the day the tickets were sent again along with a reminder a few days before. I will be more careful booking next time to avoid extra costs but as for the service....it was absolutely great....as was the strictly tour show!!
Don’t bother with this company
I brought 2 tickets to see ABBA voyage in Feb last year for tonight 21/1/24 for my daughters 30th birthday I haven’t received an email with my E tickets so I tried to contact them but they are only open mon-sat I’m very disappointed that I have been scammed and I’m upset that my daughter couldn’t have enjoyed her milestone birthday
I can’t even email them to get a refund as it will not allow me to add my details or put in the location of the venue
This is a terrible service and if it’s a legitimate company it’s bloody disgusting

SO DISAPPOINTED - COULD NOT CHANGE TICKETS
We have had to amend the date for our tickets as have been called away. To do this - even after spending £612.00 for 4 tickets our booking was not accepted to change date as we did not spend as much. There were no tickets at the same price as they had been reduced in price. We were happy to lose monies but change date so we could go and see the production - this company did not accept and even though there were no tickets unless we paid another £100 available to upgrade - we could not amend our booking. Their suggestion was to gift the £612 tickets we had brought to family/friends. Absolutely disgusting service. They even said we had paid less for the original tickets which was not the case. I am going to try to talk to the Savoy and report this. Every other theatre would credit and let us rebook when available. Absolutely no room for change. It is a shame as this reflects on the theatre. They have no good reviews at all on Trustpilot other than two anonymous ones which are probably what they have put on.
Rip off - do not use
Not properly concentrating when trying to book - this site came up first in the links for the theatre I wanted. I assumed they were now using an agent and booked a ticket for a performance in March next year. The booking has gone through and I can’t cancel, but on checking I have paid £8 more than the theatre price for that seat. £8! And they have the nerve to charge a 90p fee as well. They have at least sent an email with the ticket but if I had booked through the theatre, which was my intention, I could have had a better seat.
Paid extra for ticket protection, no refund ignoring email
I booked tickets for Wizard of Oz, 01 July at 1400 paying extra for your 'NO QUIBBLE, NO QUESTIONS ASKED' full refund ticket protection, confirmation number T060223650893.
On 30 June at approx 2330 I was assaulted in a homophobic attack.
On 01 July at 0801 I received an automated email reminding me the performance was coming up.
As soon as I saw that reminder I emailed you, Box Office UK (01 July 0812) to explain what had happened, giving you the Police reference details, and explaining there was no way we could make the performance, and I asked for a refund.
02 July 1025, you (Marika) replied saying 'ticket protection needs to be activated over 24 hours prior to the performance' BUT that they would liase with management and get back to me.
11 July 1510, I chased this up, adding that I didn't necessarily want a refund... ...tickets for a different date that we were able to attend would be fine.
28 July (now), I've still heard nothing so I'm posting here. I think it is important that people know that the 'no questions asked' ticket protection is anything but. I'm terribly sorry that I wasn't attacked nine and a half hours earlier, and didn't immediately contact you rather that being given first aid and giving statements to the Police.
Hugely disappointed with Box Office UK.
**Update, 12 Aug 23** After I spent a *lot* of time and effort posting about the above on various social media posts, the parent company have now got in touch and sorted me some replacement tickets free of charge. So they did the right thing in the end, but I shouldn't have had the hassle I did!

Had to try & exchange tickets for genuine reason with 6 weeks notice. The actual theatre The Old Vic said this was possible. But I didn't even realise til they tried to do that for me, that I had accidentally used this agency. Extremely unhelpful. They said they could only try to re-sell them for me at 80% of original cost and if they failed to manage this I just lost the whole amount. Do Not use them.
I wiil endeavour never to be taken in by them again.
They are also harming decent theatres who are struggling to survive as this gives customers a negative feeling and experience. Buyer beware

I bought 2 tickets from Box Office.co.uk for the Globe in June. They cost £30s more than getting them directly from the Globe website. BIG RIP OFF!! Stay away from this site. I spoke to the Globe and they confirmed my seats would have cost £65 with them. Box Office.co.uk charged £80. Feel really stupid, but will never use this site again. Stay away!!
Tickets more expensive than other sites …
I bought tickets for Abba Voyage via the main site (or so i thought). After I'd bought them, I checked to see if there were any more in the same row for another family member and found the exact same tickets - same row, same block, same date and same time - for £13 a ticket less! I contacted Box office.co.uk - but they wouldn't do anything to help. Rip off.

Superb company
Superb company, I was ill leading up to the event in London, made contact with them to change the dates and they did everything they could to help us out, they allowed us to change the dates to a later showing which has helped us massively. One experience and what a superb one, thanks Box Office !!
