This 4x6 Kingwood table has completely transformed our dining room. Not only does it look stunning with its rich, elegant finish, but it’s also incredibly versatile. We go from hosting elegant family dinners to intense board game nights without missing a beat. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and it feels just as perfect for a candlelit meal as it does for spreading out our favorite tabletop games. It’s truly the best of both worlds.

Defect. One of the legs does not have any grooves in the hole for the screw to go in so I am unable to complete the assembly.

The company still needs overall improvement. Communication is lacking with orders, the only real way to get any communication is by blasting them on their facebook page.

i initially ordered through them because their website would lead me to believe the company is based in canada, and that's where the product are made. which is incorrect and misleading. everything has been made in china, and i really would have gone with another company that was employing local folks instead of going for cheap labor and production costs.

The table- kingswood 4x6, is great. 3 month waiting period was accurate, but no updates on status of the order until 2 days before it arrives at my door. my product was shipped from the warehouse with some pretty big scratches and poor coverups, but did not affect the functionality of the table itself, and after reaching out to customer service through facebook, we opted to receive a playmat as compensation for the damages. this covered up all the blemishes and scratches that the table had.
the table was easy to put together, feels sturdy, looks beautiful, and we have all had a very fun time playing on it. the value for the money is there, just with some bumps along the road to get there.

the bit and dice trays are not exactly flat or flush with the table, and this is a common problem with the accessories, but they otherwise work as intended. i finally received my cupholders today, 5/15/26- 6 months after the initial purchase on 12/23/25. 4 of the 6 sit flat and flush, and the other two are still usable even with the tilt on them. so the issue with the cupholders at factory level still has not really been resolved.

The products themselves are not too bad. Our table (4x6 kingswood) is a little bit wobbly because of how short the legs are. It simply doesn’t provide enough support.

We received a chair that was impossible to be put together as the holes to screw the legs on were misaligned. I reached out to customer service and didn’t get a response for over a week. A replacement was promised but no timeline was given. The replacement took a lot longer than I was expecting but the support specialist did eventually get back to me with a tracking number.

The topper was advertised to be spill proof but liquids and crumbs are constantly leaking through onto the felt play-mat.

The advertisements I initially saw for the table featured a button you press in to prop the end of the table up but my topper just has a lip for us to grab.

The LED lights on the table had one end fall out and we’re still trying to figure out the best way to get it back into the table. It seems we will have to glue it.

The patches on the back of our velvet chairs have already started falling off so we need to see those back on as well.

The storage bench is creaky and it sounds like it might break whenever we put pressure on it.

Overall, I’m actually quite disappointed with the set in retrospect. I can’t say I’d recommend this over the Zola Mod. I definitely wish I went that direction.

Great and very easy to build storage tower. The price was higher than id expect at first, but the quality of the units make it very worthwhile.

So we love that our table and all our stuff came. Everything is great now that it is here. The entire process was quick, but there were some hiccups with discounts and miscommunications. However, once they resolved all those issues, it was great. My only true complaint is the time it took to get the information to the company. To finally get my information to them about the minor issues occurring, I had to email, use Facebook Messenger, text a provided number, chat on their website, and resort to many other methods. All of this was a pain and left me feeling like I might not get my product. Once it was over though, I realized it was just my fear and a lot of not simple communication time from across the world. Again, once I could finally reach them, they were more than happy to help me and settle the issue.

Easy checkout process and very attentive customer support

Customer service was very responsive and table is being delivered in only about 5 weeks way faster than expected.

The game table delivery took 6 months. The table was damaged with scuff marks and gouges. The removal coasters we ordered did not come with the table, I am not sure if they will ever be delivered. Very disappointed in the product.

Great table! The quality of the Ironside 2.0 is fantastic. But I am missing parts for my Table Topper and customer service has been less than helpful. Would have given 5 stars otherwise.

I got the Ironside 2.0 table, a set of cup holders, and 10 memory foam armrests.
After 4 months 3 of my armrests has broken at the seam, when I contacted customer support they informed me of the upgraded version. I only had to pay for shipping and got a whole new set of upgrade armrests, that are better than the ones I initially bought.

I want to start by saying the Kingwood 4x6 table itself is decent. The quality is fair not perfect, as the legs have a slight wobble and the underside of the table isn't as sturdy as I'd expect at this price point but overall I'd give the product itself a 4 out of 5.

Where this company completely lost me was the communication, or more accurately, the total lack of it.

I placed my order and received a single confirmation email. That was the last I heard from them. They told me upfront it would take about three months to receive the table, and I was fine with that. What I wasn't fine with was hearing absolutely nothing for those three months. No build updates, no shipping timeline, no check-ins — nothing. I had to reach out twice on my own just to get a basic status update, and I specifically asked for more consistent communication going forward. That didn't happen.

When the table went past the three-month window, guess who had to reach out again? Me. Then when the order finally shipped, a part was missing. No email explaining the shortage, no heads-up, no apology. Once again, I had to be the one to chase down answers.

Every time I asked for better communication, I got the same generic, canned response. It honestly felt like nobody was actually reading my messages.
In my opinion, this operation feels a little fly-by-night. It's 2026. Most basic CRM systems can send automated order updates production started, order shipped, here's your tracking number. When a customer is spending over a thousand dollars, that bare minimum effort goes a long way toward building trust and confidence. This company doesn't seem interested in doing that.

The table is fine. The experience of buying it was not. I'd seriously consider that before ordering.

The table is great for the price.

My wife ordered a Kingswood 4'x6' gaming table in Wizardly Walnut as a Christmas present for me back in the middle of December. The estimated wait time was about 3 months. The table just arrived last week which put us at like 3 months and one week, so pretty in target with their estimate. I'm my experience, that RARELY happens.

It came in four boxes via FedEx overnight. The boxes were pretty banged up as expected, but everything was so well packed, there wasn't a scratch anywhere to be found. The table was incredibly easy to assemble and every component feels high quality. Once fully assembled, it's truly a gigantic beautiful table.

Overall, I've had a great experience with BoxKing and will absolutely purchase for m more items from them in the future.

Item arrived swiftly and well packaged. It came in 2 seperate boxes so some confusion at first but it’s understandable considering the weight. The shelving unit was easy to assemble with clear instructions. It’s sturdy and durable and I’m really pleased with it

I got the game pillar from boxking. It's super sturdy made with a really thick gauge metal. It was easily to assemble and provides the perfect centerpiece to my gameroom to display my favorite games or the games I most play!

Backed their Kickstarter for the Kingswood Gaming Table. I got what I ordered, even if a bit late. Having things be delayed a bit on a Kickstarter is (sadly) kind of how it goes, so I didn't get too upset about it. Communication with support email on shipping updates was find, and I always got a friendly and helpful response within a business day. The product is excellent and I really do LOVE the table!
