I wanted to get these for my husband

I wanted to get these for my husband. When they arrived about 6 weeks later or longer, he did not like them. He wants the access panel which these do not have. Trying to contact this company is impossible. They send me more every single month and I cannot cancel this subscription that I was not aware that I was getting into. I am going to report it to my credit card to get these shipments to stop. Horrible product and customer service.

TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!

I just finished filing on a report at the Better Business Bureau. This company is riduculous. I purchased underwear on 10/8 and the product was poorly made, too small, so I requested a refund. I returned the unused product in it's original packaging, paid for the return delivery, and 2 months later I still do not have refund. The brand is now non-responsive.

Rip-off company and absolutely the worst customer service ever!

I can guarantee that any positive comments are posted by the company. This is a rip-off company and, by far, the worst company for custom service ever! They have "45 days money back guarantee, free returns, NO QUESTIONS ASKED" (these are copied directly from their site) all over the website and yet when you try to return something you will be ignored.
The phone number for customer service goes to someone who barely speaks English (which is to be expected that it is outsource, but a US phone# should at least be moderately able to speak English) and then they keep repeating the same thing "I will forward your request to another department and they will get back to you) over and over. When you press them for more information they disconnect you.
The emails say the same thing over as well and here is a copy of the responses I am getting:

My response after reading reviews

I just wanted to get attention. The reviews on this page are exactly the same services as the ones that I received. I reached out to the EU company, and the California company through email with attachments then found a phone number from a blog in Reddit. Reading all of these reviews and receiving the same results, could we be emailing an AI representative? Word for word suggestions for a solution. The reviews were verbatim to the services that I received. To be continued, I'm now waiting on the replacement. I paid the reshipment cost in dollars $12.18 and I sent my sizes in. Come to find out they are not in stock. My replacement will be swim trunks. As another review said, purchasing items from social media where everyone has an online commerce store with drop shipping. Not having to handle the product is a very bad way to do business if you're expecting quality service. My patients didn't grow thin. My solution once completed I'm going to purchase one item at a time not five or six different items. If I return, I will find a store in the country that makes the item. My relief started after receiving an email from the US company that corresponded with me as soon as the emails reply was sent, which made me feel as I was speaking with a person not a computer, but I still believe offered solution was scripted.

Do not waste your money ordering them they took my money and I still haven’t received anything. Now they are not responding to my emails at all. I have contacted the better business bureau and my card company trying to get a refund, I even paid for vip comfort service where my order should be given priority and according to the tracking my item hasn’t moved since June 23. Hasn’t even been shipped yet. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Unless you want to lose your money

No FLY !!!

Not pleased. Despite photos on their website, the boxers I received had NO FLY! Unacceptable, especially as the fit was tight. Contacted by email and they offered a 35% refund which is unacceptable as they say 100% satisfaction.

I can't even donate these to the local hospice store as no fly is not right.

There is no such thing as hassle free returns.

I got my size L underwear and it's def not western size L. They offered to send me a bigger size if I would pay for shipping. If I want to return it, I have to send it to China and pay for shipping. This is a complete scam!

Really, why can't you fix my issue...

I decided to 'try' the product and 'thought' I was purchasing the long-leg underwear with an open fly. What I got was non fly short legged underwear. I have complained already via the web site, but so far nothing. NOW I find I have some sort of subscription service with my second order on the way. I can only 'email' support as the phone number listed on the site is 'not in service' at this time...

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS.

Wrong order came damaged and looks used won't refund or honor their 100% no cost guarantee. Major rip off company that needs to be shut down. This company is a complete joke. Don't waste your time and money. Their underwear sucks and there customer service is worse. It says 100% guarantee but won't stand behind it. Offer me 35% percent to keep it or I have to pay shipping to send back. I haven't checked with the post office to see what this will cost yet but I'm sure I'm screwed either way.

If buying from social media sites

If buying from social media sites, the size chart details don't show the inches so the Large I ordered turned out to be medium or small, I guess Chinese sizes even though it says Large on label.

They offered to send a different size if I paid $9.99 shipping and I could keep the ones they already sent.
They offered a refund of 35% if I paid for the return shipping for the item they already said I could keep if I paid to ship the replacement items. It turns out it comes from China and not from Wyoming like the website says. The support number I found on their website is based in California 4156494685 and their support email is support AT boxhero-us.com

I filed a dispute with paypal, hopefully this can be resolved. I told them to just send me correct size and return shipping label if they wanted the others back or a refund.

This was their first email to my complaint cut and pasted:

Hello,
Thank you for your message and would like to extend our deepest apologies for the unfortunate incident that occurred with your order. We fully understand that this situation does not align with the experience we aim to provide.
To address this matter, we would like to offer the following solution in hopes of restoring your trust in our service:
-We invite you to keep the product.
-We will arrange for a new product to be sent to you in the correct size.
-Additionally, you will receive a $25 voucher valid for one year.
-The shipping fee for this new delivery will only amount to 9.99€.
If you accept this offer, please provide us with your EXACT MENSURATIONS (WAIST SIZE IN CM) that we can proceed with sending the product in the appropriate size.
We apologize once again for any inconvenience caused and look forward to your response.
