Order never shipped. They reshupped it and it wss in transit for weeks with no updated. Asked for a refund. They said they sent it, then I kept getting messages it was in transit. Filially o recieved a message saying they had a failed delivery and to pick up from the local post office. The post office didn't have it and Boxhero said I was refunded and would not be receiving the shipment. Still waiting for the refund on over a $350 order.

If I could give this company a 0 I would. I saw the fancy ads and thought I'd look into the product. The detail they swore by that drew me in were their "no roll waistband" because that is a huge pet peeve of mine. I ordered a 10 pack and within the first 10 minutes of wearing them they've rolled terribly... so I try another pair..then another and they are all the same. My order was confirmed on 8/15/25 and I submitted my request on 9/15/25 so I reached out well within their "45 days money back guarantee" and I have been fighting their customer service department for 10 months now and I was just told that my refund request was denied because
"This decision is due to the significant amount of time that has passed since your initial purchase. Because of the age of your request, it now falls outside the period during which a refund can be processed."
I sent follow up emails requesting to speak with a higher up and I just keep getting drug along. This is ridiculously unacceptable.

I have to say their customer service is second to none! I had an issue and they responded quickly to resolve it . Not only did they resolve it, they were so nice and pleasant to deal with. It was obvious that they were sincere in their efforts. All in all a very pleasant experience!

I first encountered Boxhero boxer shorts online some time ago. What drew me to them was that they were made of bamboo, YES, bamboo. I decided to buy a couple of pairs to try. I've never looked back; they are incredibly soft and so comfortable to wear. I now have 24 pairs and will not buy anything else. Just give them a try, guys, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

The quality of the boxhero underwear seams nice, however, customer service, lack of empathy, size chart, understanding, and a lack of ownership fails miserably. I ordered these, I even ordered them a size smaller, and they were still to large. I had to show them proof they were still in the original package, never worn, or washed. Why would anyone wear them or wash them if they are way too big? They couldn't take ownership except an apology email, and forced me to pay for return shipping and handling? Like what kind of business are you when the customer has to fork out money for return shipping when there is clearly an issue with the size chart they provided. Communication is crap, I had to get a hold of them multiple times, instead of them reaching out to me? They wouldn't even exchange them for the proper size like any other store would. Overall a horrible experience with absolutely no consideration for their customer, I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone for the simple facts I stated above.

Boxhero is a scam. Save your money as the returns process is a nightmare.

This is one of the worst scams there is on the internet I reported it but we’ll see. First the underwear are trash they itch and they’re not comfortable. And of course if you try to use the money back guarantee good luck it’s not real either see you have to try on the underwear once you try them on they’re yours and you can’t return those then they quickly go into ignoring you so whatever you do DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY oh yeah these reviews aren’t on the real website either. They got me for almost 40 so Good Luck!!!!

The company advertises free returns, fit guarantees and money back guarantees all with no questions asked. However if you need to return items you get hit with rude customer service who asks tons of questions. And then tells you the return is not free and you have to pay for it. Better yet they attempt to tell you that this is better for the customer.

I ordered a week ago, they took my money out of my account, never got a confirmation number or tracking number. I've sent then 2 emails with no response. This company is 100% scam. Do not order from them or they will steal your money.

Zero customer support. Got the wrong size, contacted the company by email, was told to pay shipping to get the correct size and keep the wrong size. Paid the shipping and NEVER got anything. When I tried to contact them, all I get is a computer generated answer that they are in the process of getting my order ready. It’s been 6 months and NOTHING. What a scam company. Wish we could get a lawsuit against them. Seems lots of customers have gotten scammed by them. Put them out of business!!!

Look at the reviews, all bad,bought a package deal and one was faulty, seam comming apart.Sent photos to customers department, they said send more money and we will replace it, what a rip of. Don't buy, I will never buy again.

Most dishonest, crooked company I've dealt with. No way to unsubscribe. Emailed the cancellation request. Was informed request was received and would be processed within 3-5 days. 20 days later, the next order was processed & shipped right on time. Contacted via email again (no Customer Service number available) & requested a phone number to contact them. Was informed that the request was received and would be processed in 3-5 days. The response also stated there was no phone # to contact them, as that was not efficient & email was the only way they could be contacted. Next order processed & shipped on time, as previous orders had. Contacted again, DEMANDING my subscription to be cancelled, and my information be removed from their systems. Approximately 5-7 days later, I was informed that my subscription was cancelled, and my information had been removed. TWO DAYS later, I received an email from "Andrew" thanking me for returning to their company & subscription had been reinstated!!! When I tried to respond to both emails, the Customer Support email was unable to receive emails. My reply email to "Andrew" was never acknowledged. Repeated email requests to be cancelled were either ignored or received the same response as previous, that they would be cancelled in 3-5 days. Finally had to report it as a fraudulent transaction to my bank, and have a "Stop Payment" put on the transactions.
Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Boxhero. The product is average at best, but the customer support and interaction, especially, is WORST I've encountered.

These guys suck! Horrible customer service. Made my purchase in Oct 25 and it’s Feb and still haven’t received my product. They sent to the wrong address. Been receiving the same email over and over saying that “Hannah” is now my rep but they haven’t done anything to rectify the situation. They told me to pay for shipping which I did, and I got scammed.

I ordered underwater from this company XL way to small. I contacted Matteo & Julia and was told I don’t have to return the product just send x amount of dollars for shipping and we will send a larger size. Well now they want me to return the product after numerous emails . I told them just send my shipping money back and forget my order. A horrible company to deal with.

Bought direct from BoxHero. The sizing is way off and the short were way too big. Contacted customer support via email. They responded quickly and said all the right things BUT the replacement pairs were never sent. They kept stringing me along and after about 7 more emails I contacted my credit card company who refunded my purchase. I will NEVER buy direct again.

Its been over 2 months and I still have not received my product. If fact, its not even showing up in their tracking systems. I think this company is a shell, as their support email is now bouncing back

Had a big problem with this Company. Placed order for package on Oct 27th. Arrived, but short-shipped. Received only 2 out of 10 in the Order. Feed back with photos, after a few exchanges, agree to send balance. After that NO ACTION TALK ONLY. Never received notice of shipment as promised. Up to date, nothing. All messages to them ignored. Subsequently all mails to them returned. Now they are uncontactable. Believe this is another big Internet Con. Beware....
