Boxbollen knowingly selling a product they know is faulty
Product does not work.
This is the response I got when I contacted customer services.
Upon investigating, it looks like there’s a small glitch in the app. You can usually fix it by turning off camera and microphone access in your phone’s settings, then turning them back on again.

Please note that our return policy requires the product to be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; sale items, unfortunately, cannot be refunded. A $10 restocking fee per product also applies, and returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
So basically they've sold a product they know is faulty and they're not prepared to refund it. Trading standards here I come.

Appalling customer service. I have been trying to return my order within the 14 day returns policy. You are not allowed to return without contacting them first or you will not receive a refund. I have contacted them 4 times.... no response. I am now over the 14 days.

I ordered the 3 set product for Xmas and when paying my credit card pre populated our old address that we haven’t lived at in 6 years.
2 mins after placing the order, I emailed customer support and I requested they change my shipping address to the correct address. They responded and said there was no way they can change the address once the order is placed, and said if there’s anything else I need please don’t hesitate to ask. Are you f’n kidding me.

I spoke to them about the ball being destroyed by my dog, they said if I bought the green Boxbollen (McGregor edition) they would send an extra ball free of charge, after the purchase was made, they say it was a mistake on their part, an email exchange! I am a Boxbollen customer, I have 4 units, this is a lack of respect towards their own customers! I have the emails to prove the entire conversation.

Terrible product. Broke within 15 minutes of play. The ball came right of the crappy elastic. When I reached out to the company, which I bought directly from Boxbollen, they said sorry, no guarantees or returns. Save your money!! Not worth it

This company is a scam. I purchased Boxbollen as a Christmas gift back in December, but unfortunately, I have still not received the product. Despite repeatedly providing my address, they continued to request it and assured me the item would be sent. When I eventually requested a refund, there was no response from the company. This has been a very frustrating experience with their customer service and really regret not reading the thousands of 1 star reviews first before purchasing.

Didn’t even receive it! Missed my son’s birthday. It has now been 22 days and still nothing. I have also now seen that the product is crap if you do get it! Very disappointed I spent $69 on this. It is also now on sale for $49. Wonder if I will ever get it….

Disgusting company, no customer service what’s so ever. I ordered the wrong product from them in December. I tried to cancel the order straight away so I could order the right item. They ignored my request and sent me the item. I have tried to contact them on 3 separate occasions all ignored. The item remains in the sealed delivery bag as item is not what we wanted. Save yourself the hassle and order from companies that have a good customer service rating. Absolute con artists!!!

I've reached out to BOXBOLLEN they are a total scam. Company is from Sweden and they're business practices are certainly different then those observed in the USA. The celebrities they've paid to promote their product must be in financial straights to align themselves with such an UNETHICAL company. Wish I could give this 0 stars!! Horrible company, DO NOT buy from them! I ordered one and I did receive the item, but sent the item back. It is nothing more than a dollar store item. There were no return instructions, so I emailed them asking for return instructions. I did receive the instructions with an address, but had to send it back at my expense, figured I would do that and at least get a refund because they are very expensive. I sent the item back, & sent them a tracking #, which they asked me to do. I waited for my refund once I saw on the tracking that the item had been received on their end. No refund came. After a few weeks, I emailed them, no reply. Emailed them again, no reply. Set up an investigation with PayPal, they came back and said they could not get a reply either so nothing was done. I was not going to let them get by with this, So I kept emailing them, but no response! I decided to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I received a few emails from the Better Business Bureau that they were trying their best, but this company would not respond, however, my complaint would remain on file for three years. I sent Boxbollen an email letting them know I had sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and it would be on file for three years, and I would be telling everyone I knew not to order from them and that I was going to complain to my attorney general, and also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I finally received an email from them after that, almost 3 months later! I finally received a refund!!! It took all of that, but I was not giving up. Especially after sending the product back, My Complaint was always that they had stolen my money since I had Returned the product, but never received a refund. Although their dollar store product is very expensive, after a while it just became a matter of principle with me and the money did not matter. I just was not gonna let a company steal my money, and ignore me without letting people know. I work too hard for my money, to let companies like this try to steal your money, does not work with me! You have to stick up for yourself and not let people like this get by with these types of things!
