Don’t Buy This Product
I dont leave reviews however I ordered this product on line in November 2025 as a Xmas gift. I received a shipping/tracking notification with NO shipping information and an email stating 3-4 days delivery. About two weeks after paying online, I started emailing the supplier to ask for accurate shipping info only to be given contradictory information - I was told repeatedly that the product had shipped however the tracking notification clearly stated that the product was still with the sender. The email back and forth went on for about a week at which point I contacted my bank and requested they try to obtain a refund. Within 24 hours the product was in my letterbox. The product is disappointing, not worth the $44, it wasn’t worth the wait and it wasn’t worth the effort of chasing up the supplier regarding delivery or having to involve my bank. This is the only product I regret buying this Christmas.
BRUTAL service
BRUTAL service. Ordered for christmas presents and was supposed to have expedited shipping. It gas been 17 days and I still don't have the product. Now it too late to take with me and this was a christmas gift. They ship with Dragonfly which is an abomination. For 4 days in a row the tracking page has said it will be delivered "today". It's impossible to get answers from anyone. This company should have spent less money on marketing and more on getting the product into the hands of the buyers. Run, don't walk!!!!
Tracking number non-existent
I seem to be having the same issues as others. Says my order was sent on 9 December but it's 16 December and I have no parcel, and when I put the tracking number in (Aramex Australia) it says it doesn't exist. I think I have done my dough. Sorry kids :(
Terrible experience with purchase
I accidentally left both a 5-pack and a 3-pack of Boxbollen in my cart and didn’t remove one before checking out, resulting in an order for eight items. I emailed the company immediately—within minutes of placing the order—requesting that the 3-pack not be shipped, but was told it was already too late.
Attempting to return the extra items was extremely frustrating. It took days to receive basic instructions on where to send the return. After paying $17 for return shipping plus a $10 per-item restocking fee, the cost of returning them was almost the same as keeping them. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and customer service was not helpful.

Placed an order in the 7th Dec 2025 nothing received todate and tracking information says sent to wrong depot. Not worth the stress. Especially so close to Christmas! Delivery service is the worst! Now to see how I can get my refund! From the reviews that’s another problem!

Wish I had found this page before ordering! Ordered and paid 2 weeks ago, but no communication at all since then. Hasn't been shipped. Nothing. Seems like a big scam.

The advertisements make it look like it’s not on a string but really you are paying $60 for a human cat toy. They don’t let you cancel orders even when it’s right after you placed the order cause you realize it’s cheaper to buy off amazon than directly off the company site. The shipping cost is about the cost of the toy itself. Then when you get it they say you need to spend about just as much money returning it with the restocking fee and the registered mail. It’s a full on scam. Hate this company and the scumbag owner.
Buyer Beware
I just received my order. It arrived in good shape and in a timely manner. However, let the buyer beware. I purchased mine on a social media site and now regret that I could have purchased the same for a fraction of the cost (mine was $65 for a 3 game order). They are cheaper on Amazon. Their return policy is abysmal. You have to pay for their shipping to you, plus you must get a return authorization within 14 days and the boxes must not only be unused (which is reasonable) but also must be "Unopened!" This disqualifies almost all returns. I would not recommend this purchase. It's simply a ball on a tether with a head band and string. I'm not even sure how durable this product will be but it is certainly not worth $65. Again, buyer, BEWARE.

After being EXCEPTIONALLY sceptical about both ordering online and ordering from BOXBOLLEN after reading some reviews, I can say I am so thrilled with the support I received from their team ( after hounding them nearly every second day ) and the fast delivery of my 5 sets. I am one really happy Nanna ready for Christmas - thankyou!!!

Paid for next day delivery but was delivered 3 days later. Complained to the worst customer service team I've ever encountered, who could not give two sh%ts about anything customer service related. This is a company on the verge of being a scam. They'll give you some pathetic response and then just ignore you. Wish I hadn't bought from them. Sure aint going to ever again.

Ordered item on November 30th. On website it states that it is tracked expidted shipping within 1-4 days. Item is only being delivered on December 18th. Customer service is shocking. Company charged 15 dollars for "expedited" shipping but refuses to refund this service that they have failed to deliver!

I recently purchased a product from Boxbollen and unfortunately had a disappointing delivery experience. The company marked my order as “delivered to the front door,” but the proof-of-delivery photo showed the package tossed at a side entrance that does not belong to my apartment. Despite checking thoroughly and speaking with my building’s management team, the package was never found.
I understand that delivery issues can happen, but the lack of accuracy in the delivery confirmation and the poor placement of the package resulted in a completely lost order. I would encourage Boxbollen to work more closely with their delivery partners to ensure packages are delivered securely and to the correct location.
At this time, I cannot comment on the product itself because I never received it, but I hope future customers will have a smoother experience.
SCAM PRODUCT NOT SUPPLIED
Tracking number still showed as being processed 12 days after ordering.
Sent a eta request to company, they replied several days later saying it has been delivered and the tracking number now doesnt even point to a real delivery. Total scam.
But customers service and no way of contacting them
Do not buy from this mob, order still did not arrive and no update received either. It has been 2 weeks and unable to contact them. Very disappointed
Slow shipping
Considering the pretty slow shipping times, I bought the item on December 2nd. So far, I've only received an untraceable USPS tracking number. It was foolish of me to try to save some money on their website; I shouldn't have bought it through Amazon, which is much faster

Terrible company
After 8 days my order did not ship. I contacted their customer service and they informed me that they can't stop fulfilment. Like they actually tried to tell me that they can't stop an order even though it hadn't been shipped. If you've already ordered, ask them to cancel and then immediately dispute the charge with your Credit Card company.
