I received a poorly written (ESL maybe?) email this morning "thank you for renewing the service" with an "invoice" embedded in the email (not an attachment). I thought it was spam email so I called the number and the person who answered spoke broken English and was very adamant that I had failed to cancel the "auto renew" for 12 bottles of this product at $30.00 each plus shipping ($375.00!) I ordered on Aug. 6, 2020 ($45.00 for 2 boxes plus shipping) . The product did not work- I disposed of it and thought nothing more until receiving this email today. I found the "706" number and called it. The guy (also barely spoke English) said he would help me but needed to call me back in 15 min. I never gave him my name or phone #, but he did call back and wanted me to log into my computer and give him access. I told him there was no way I would do that, or provide any personal info. He then hung up on me. I called my credit card company and so far, no charge has appeared but I assured the person I spoke with at my credit card provider that I would dispute the charge if/when it shows up. I feel stupid but what a scam!

Bowls park is a scam and Does NOT work . Avoid this company. Product arrives in an Unbranded box made in China.

September 2021 and I have had a similar experience as other reports concerning a bill for items I did not order. I wisely did not give them access to my computer (and cleaned all their downloads before executing the programs). It smelled scam from the start (Toilet bowl humor). We have canceled the charge card account as insurance against a future charge. I have seen this scam in the past, so I checked the phone number- the area code "845", a New York City area exchange, then called to verify my suspicions. They can easily take in the the unaware. Keep Trustpilot on your speed dial!

I got the same email saying I was charged $243 for 12 bottles that I did not order. When I called, they said they wanted my bank information to refund me the money. When I said no and that it sounded fishy, they hung up on me.

I just received a notice that I was being charged for 12 bottles of this stuff that didn't work in the first place! I ordered a few months ago and now I received notice that I am being charged for 12 bottles which I DID NOT ORDER! They told me I was on their Auto Renewal list! I am not! I was on the phone with them for about an hour they wanted me to give them access to my online banking so they could refund me my money. When I refused, they hung up on ME! Total rip off. I just hope that they didn't get access to my passwords and information on my computer. And, I hope that what I ordered before was on a credit card and I will be able to stop the payment!

Køb ikke deres toilet rens og tro ikke på deres reviews på deres hjemme side.
Har netop læst at mere end 500 kg toilet rens er stoppet i tolden af Miljøstyrelsen. Det gælder også min pakke. Desværre vil Bowlsparkle ikke refundere pengene, selvom problemet ikke er nyt for dem. Svindlere!!!

Har nu ventet over en måned på de varer jeg bestilte til rensning af toiletter.
Pengene er hævet og jeg får fine svar på mine rykkerbreve, men ingen pakke.
Det er nu sidste gang jeg køber uden at unddersøge firmaet på trust piloten. Så lærte jeg det men det var dyre lærepenge. Der er ingen stjerner fra mig . Jeg er bare blevet snydt og bedraget.

Product = poor results.
Scam - will try to take hundreds of dollars out of your bank a few months later. They do not stop trying. The name on their emails notifying you of charges is reversed.
Do not get involved with this company.

I am absolutely disgusted with the company known as Sparklebowl. Complete con artists The scammed me out of £68 of my money in December 2020. The goods never arrived! I raised the issue with my bank after realising I had been taken in but got nowhere. I am still angry. Money is not easy to earn for me nearing retirement especially having been scammed before regrettably. 😠 Avoid like the plague any prospective customers! I do not know HOW this bag of excrement continues to trade. No conscience. They should be banned from trading. But laws are so lax these scumbags get away with with it.

I ordered 2 bottles last December, and was very excited to receive and use it. Unfortunately, it didn't work, I should have read reviews...that's on me. I took it as a lesson and would not be buying it again. However, today, I recieved an invoice for 12 units at over $250, and a notation that I am an autorenew customer. Of course this was news to me, and I called 786-903-0299 and asked why would auto renew kick in, in August and not at some time before? I asked to be removed from subscription and have the order cancelled since it doesnt work and I don't want 12 new units! Alex Peter said that the shipment was already on its way so I asked for return/refund instructions for when I receive it. He had to speak to a supervisor to approve subscription change, and to approve my refund, and stop the shipment. That was strange. Alex Peter said I was approved and then tried to transfer me to banking for refund. he had trouble and told me that someone would call back. So I received a call back from a Jason at 845-307-4701 to process my refund. he wanted me to log into my computer using a viewer website to walk me through it. I told him that they have my info, according to the invoice, and didn't need me to log into a viewer website which I was uncomfortable doing. he hung up with no other word. my suspicions are running HIGH right now. there is no way that I will give someone viewing, or other, access to my computer. I hope that the 12 bottles do not arrive, this isnt worth the money and I will get my bank involved. What a headache!

SCAM alert people - I never actually received my products - but they managed to take my money then blame me for not following it up with Royal Mail.

Øv, hvor er det synd at så mange er blevet lokket i fælden og snydt...Jeg blev selv nysgerrig da jeg læste historien om moderen og hendes dreng der var flyttet på kollegie. Men så kiggede jeg på de rosende kommentarer der var sat ind. Det er lånte profiler fra udlandet, hvor man lige har sat danske byer ind. Og en instagramprofil som heller ikke holder stik...Det kunne ellers have været Nice med et produkt der bare klarede det hele. - Føj hvor skulle det firma skamme sig.

Jeg kan ikke anbefale produktet, som er mindre effektivt end knofedt! Desuden afgiver det dampe, som er giftige! Jeg har påtalt den manglende effekt over for firmaet, som svarer, at produktet kun kan bruges ved ekstremt snavsede kummer, og hvem har det i dagens Danmark!?

This site is a scam!!! The product doesn't work! Also, after a year of my purchase I received an email saying I purchased 12 of this crap and a charge of $225.00. When I called to see it removed the guy tried to get me to open my laptop....Don't purchase!!!!!!
