Jeg er desværre meget skuffet over kvaliteten.

Flere af blomsterne, især hortensiaerne, fremstår stive, flade og med en mat, næsten gummiagtig overflade, som får dem til at se meget kunstige ud. Farverne er ensartede på en måde, der skriger plastik, og flere af blomsterne havde endda synlige fejl som revner og produktionsfejl.

Eukalyptusgrenene var ikke bedre. De lysegrønne skud har en skarp, unaturlig farve og en gennemsigtig plaststruktur, som slet ikke minder om rigtige blade. Samtidig reflekterer materialet lyset, så det får et blankt plastlook i stedet for et naturligt udtryk .

Jeg bestilte fra et brand, der positionerer sig som premium – men kvaliteten er langt fra det niveau. Selv billigere alternativer på markedet fremstår mere naturtro.

Jeg fik tilsendt erstatningsvarer, men de havde præcis samme problemer.

Alt i alt en meget skuffende oplevelse, hvor kvaliteten slet ikke matcher prisen.

Die Blumen wirken für künstliche Blumen überraschend echt. Ebenso hat die Vase eine gute Qualität. Die Lieferung war schnell und die Blumen waren so gut verpackt, dass sie gänzlich unverknickt angekommen sind.

Customer support refused to adjust the Klarna amount afterward and only offered a return instead of fixing their own checkout issue.

I am absolutely thrilled with Botané! I had a very special order that needed to arrive in Germany on time for an important birthday, and I also requested very fast DHL Express shipping – everything went perfectly.
The flowers are stunning, the vase is perfect, and the delivery was fast, safe, and exactly as requested. I especially want to highlight the amazing support from Flora and her team, who were incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout the process.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Botané – they truly made this special occasion unforgettable!

Horrible, fleurs vraiment fake, les feuilles se plient, la tige est vraiment mal faite on voit tout de suite que c du plastique et les pétales font un bruit horrible de plastique. Retour payant. Publicité mensongère.

Erste Bestellung wurde vom Versandunternehmen „verschlampt“. Das Botané Team hat sich sofort um eine Ersatzlieferung gekümmert. Heute erhalten und die Blumen sind wunderschön. Überlege schon welche Blumen ich mir als nächstes gönne!

Very disappointed with these flowers. The quality is extremely poor and they look nothing like the pictures shown in the listing. They feel cheap and badly made — honestly you can get the same quality on Temu for around €5 for a whole bouquet.

Do not fall for this. It’s absolutely not worth the price. Also be aware that returning them is not worth it either — return shipping costs €7 and the original shipping was €7, so you already lose €14 even if you send them back.

I would not recommend buying these at all.

Do not trust the beautiful pictures online! These flowers are not worth the money. They look amazing online but when I received my package, they looked like the cheapest fake flowers you can get anywhere.
Customer service is nice, but these flowers were not worth the stress of returning them.

Jeg er virkelig imponeret over kvaliteten hos Botane Studios. De kunstige blomster ser utrolig ægte ud og pynter flot i hjemmet uden behov for pasning.

Les fleurs font tellement fake je regrette de les avoir achetées !! Elles ne ressemblent pas du tout à ce qu’on voit sur leur site. C’est honteux de vendre des fleurs artificielles aussi chers alors qu’elles sont de qualité médiocre et font fake. J’ai pris un bouquet Peony light pink à 72€ (je l’ai eu à 20% c’est bien plus cher) mais c’est une honte tellement c’est moche et mal fait.

For the price level, I would expect much better communication and faster delivery. I placed my order on November 28th and am still waiting. I have received no proper shipping updates or tracking information so far.

At this price point, more transparency and quicker delivery should be standard.

I was not happy with the flowers I have received, to be honest they look the same as the ones you can buy at Ikea (or even worse), just great marketing.

What really pissed me off is they send you an e-mail to rate their products, and if you press 5 or 4 stars, they will send you to Trustpilot, if you press 3 or less, then not. This is really scammy and would not be necessary if the products would be good.

I tried to send the bouquet back but kept getting error messages from their return portal. I just sent them an email now, let‘s see if they even bother to answer.

I would not recommend to order here, there are much better sellers on etsy or even chinese websites.
