I had to wear one of their heart monitors, the kind that had the phone with it. My doctor said I needed to wear it for a week. At the end of the prescribed time, according to the instructions, the phone was supposed to give me an alert saying the prescribed time was done it did not. When I called the company, they said oh no, you are supposed to wear it for 30 days, I told the operator that my discharge instructions said one week, she replied back that my doctors office would have to call them I called my doctors office and talked to a member of the heart monitor team and she said no it is only for a week, to take off the monitor the next day and send it all back to the company. That's what I did. Then I began to get phone calls and texts from Boston Scientific about the monitor not send ing signals Andi told them.that my doctor said I was finished with the time and that I had sent the monitor back to them. Most responded oh, I see that in your chart ok thank you. CLICK. This went on, sometimes twice a day for almost a week. Also the sticky strips did not stick well and they came off in the shower
