I received the jacket, but it is far too oversized for me to wear. I've tried contacting customer service multiple times, yet they continue to offer discounts on future purchases instead of processing a refund, contrary to what their website states. I kindly request a resolution based on their policy.

Guys don’t buy from this website it’s scammed, got delivered and the material was awful and can’t refund, the product comes without tag and they said need to have tag for full refund, they give me email to email customer service but it’s bounced back.

Placed an order 26th March and received it 14th April. During that time I tried contacting them on the email addresses provided on their website, all of which bounced back, obviously this made me suspicious about the site but the item did eventually arrive however, the item is the most poorly made cheap looking material I have ever seen. The item look quite expensive on the model / images, but the material is hurrendous and it looks awful. Not like the image at all. I am trying to return the item and I have no link for a return in my emails as the website suggests and when I contact the other email provided I again get bounce backs. Looks like I’ve been well and truly scammed.

Beware, this is website is a SCAM! They market themselves as luxury however the items are like cheap markets quality. Their email on their website doesn’t work. They partner up with recognizable companies like Shop, Afterpay and PayPal to create trust. Do not buy from this website.

Borealluxe have been great at communication and resolving the issue I came across with the delivery. The item received is of good quality. Absolutely love it.

Three weeks in and still haven’t received my order. Customer service wasn’t helpful either.

This company is a total Fraud and in my opinion the quality of the product (jacket) I received is very poor. I have been attempting to return the jacket since I received it in mid February. Till today I have not been able to return it because they just make it impossible to return. They start off by offering you a discount and they repeat this practice again and again. After I told them thank you but I just want to return the jacket and get a refund, they request a photo. I complied and sent the photographs only to receive a response from them that they cannot accept the return due to the jacket showing signs of wear on the photograph. How can they summize that from a picture. Needless to say I never wore it and as soon as I received it - saw its poor quality and immediately sent an email requesting to return it. This is totally unacceptable and I will pursue further action on the basis of Prinicipal.

I wanted to share my recent experience so others can make informed decisions.

After purchasing multiple items from Boreal Luxe, we attempted to return two UNUSED items within their stated return window. Despite multiple requests, the company has not provided an RMA number or return address.

Instead, they repeatedly offered partial refunds (15% → 25% → 35%) while avoiding processing the actual return. This has resulted in extended delays and concerns that the return window may expire before they honor the return.

Key concerns:
• Items were never worn
• Return was requested promptly
• No return instructions have been provided
• Repeated attempts to push partial refunds instead

We have now escalated this with our bank.

I strongly recommend:
✔️ Reviewing return policies carefully
✔️ Documenting all communication
✔️ Acting quickly if issues arise

Just sharing my experience so others can be cautious.

It took a while to get delivered but it’s beautiful.

Love the leopard coat its looks so rich and good quality. Delivery was fast too highly recommed if you are looking for fur coat on budget

Overall quality of the coat is great. The delivery process took longer than expected and the coat came balled up in a tightly taped plastic bag. It certainly wasn’t how I expected their product to be mailed.

Everything was great. Quality of item and shipping.

My experience with Boreal Luxe has been extremely negative and I feel it is important to warn other consumers.

The products I received were nothing like what was advertised on the website. The coats were shipped in an absurd plastic ball-shaped packaging where the garments were completely squeezed, crumpled and poorly protected. When I opened the package, the coats were extremely wrinkled and looked damaged due to the way they had been compressed during shipping.

The quality of the fabric was also extremely poor and far from what is presented in the photos on the website. The advertising gives the impression of a premium garment, but the reality is a very cheap and disappointing product. In my opinion, the presentation on the website is misleading and does not reflect the actual quality of the items.

On the very same day I received the order, I contacted the company to request a return and exercise my legal right of withdrawal.

Instead of providing the return address, the company repeatedly tried to avoid the return by offering partial refunds (15%, then 25%, and later 35%). I refused these offers and clearly stated multiple times that I wanted to return the products.

Despite several emails requesting the return instructions, the company never provided the return address. They simply delayed the process for days and weeks.

Because of this situation I opened a dispute with PayPal, which was decided in my favor.

However, during the short return window provided by PayPal I was travelling abroad and could not physically send the items back. As soon as I returned from my trip, I contacted the company again requesting the return address so I could finally send the products back.

Their response was that more than 30 days had passed and that the return was no longer possible.

This behavior demonstrates clear bad faith.

Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days simply by notifying the seller. I notified the company on the very first day I received the products.

The company deliberately avoided providing the return address and only later tried to claim that the return period had expired.

To this day I still do not have the return address.

Due to this situation I have filed formal complaints with PayPal, my credit card provider and European consumer protection authorities.

I strongly advise consumers to be extremely cautious before ordering from this company.

I had a wonderful experience with this company and absolutely love my faux fur! Initially, I ordered a smaller size and the fit was just a little too snug for me. When I reached out to customer service, they responded quickly and immediately shipped out a larger size at no additional cost. Their communication was fast, friendly, and very efficient. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I received the right fit.

The faux fur itself is beautiful, soft, and great quality. Ladies, if you’re going for that trendy oversized look, I would recommend ordering a size up. Overall, a fantastic product and excellent customer service!

sizing information isn't quite accurate. ordered according to measurements but it's kind of small.

This coat is amazing! Well made and fits like a glove. I am on the tall side and this coat was a great length for me. I would definitely purchase from Borealluxe again.

For an inexpensive faux fur these jackets are surprisingly fun and fabulous. The fur is very soft and vibrant. They are fairly warm for end of winter. I personally don’t like real fur because it smells like animal. These jackets feel like stylish winter blankets. Delivery is slow but it will come … be patient.
