Received email asking to give feedback and chance to win £50 voucher when I haven’t actually received my order!!!!!

Ordered sports wear for our netball team. We had a ridiculously tight deadline and BE uniforms not only met the deadline but the items arrived a day earlier than guaranteed! Great communication throughout ordering process, quick replies and really helpful. We also accidentally OVERPAID our invoice, we didn’t even realise we had overpaid until they reached out and asked for our details so they could refund us the extra we had paid in error!
Items we ordered were also great. Exactly what we asked for, good quality and they looked great.

The only complaint I have is the extra charge for less than 5 items. It seems an awful lot. We are just a small group of gardeners, and when new people join, they usually want swearshirts.
But, altogether, great!

Unfortunately I had to recycle my old Hawick RUFC hoodie. With living in Lancashire, it’s not been possible to get to the club to buy a new one.

Thankfully I was able to buy one here. The hoodie is so comfortable and looks great.

Extremely disappointing service. I ordered uniform in March within the 28‑day guarantee period, yet the deadline passed with zero communication. When I contacted the company, I was told the order was only being embroidered now as the company were on a 2 week holiday which was not communicated on website, emails or order confirmation. My child starts a new school on Monday and has no uniform because of their uncommunicated delay, I now need to go buy an alternative. Staff could not give a revised delivery date, even though they failed to meet their own guaranteed delivery promise. Completely unacceptable for a sole school uniform supplier.

I ordered our uni hockey fleeces from here, great customer service, great help, great communication on emails and fleeces arrived in time and perfect quality. Couldn’t be happier!

Gemma-Rose McTaggart has been amazing from start to finish nothing was too much trouble for her. She sent us detailed information and photographs of the outdoor clothes we were looking for and also sent us information on alternatives for the clothes we couldn't get. Kept us up to date when our order was being processed and sent us the link to track our order when out for delivery.
Her customer service was outstanding and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Good team, efficient and very easy to deal with. Workwear good. There was a delay with one thing but it was an issue with the item supply to BE and we were kept informed.

Excellent service and staff, their bespoke products are fantastic and their embroidery on ready made garments is crisp.

I’m absolutely chuffed with my purchase. The sizes were spot on and the jacket is super warm too. Great communication and prompt postage, even to me on the other side of the world in New Zealand. I’lil be wearing them with pride for years to come. Thanks very much.

Bought a hoodie for a present the person said it was fantastic and the embroidery was 1st class

The school jumpers I ordered only lasted a few weeks before falling apart. I sent the items back and the company said it wasn’t there jumper (which it clearly was). Very disappointing.

I ordered uniforms on 29.08 and recevided them on 14.11!! Unbelivible! That's company is a home, Never going to order with them!

Still refusing to refund money for a blazer we bought that didn't fit. Worst ever never been refused a refund. No complaints procedure.

I have only recently started using this company to purchase my daughter’s school uniform. When ordering in the summer I understood that it would be busy and that orders would take a while. My order arrived bang on the 45 days mentioned for the busy period. However at the start of September I ordered two more jumpers for my daughter and I am still waiting for them. This is a totally unacceptable time frame to expect customers to wait for a very basic order. It has been well over 45 days now and it isn’t even the busy months. There really is no excuse. When emailing to enquire I received a pretty standard copy and paste response with no real explanation. The company obviously has some serious supply and demand or production issues and doesn’t actually function appropriately. Customers having to wait 2 months to receive a standard school jumper is bizarre and I won’t be using them again.

Third year late with my order. When I have asked them to send it free of charge due to the time it has taken to deliver it there response was it stars 45 days on our web page. It’s now day 46! Wasn’t bothered to wait 30 days but nearly two months is ridiculous
Unprofessional company. Shouldn’t be allowed to supply school uniform when they don’t have the stock or professionalism. Seems to regularly get complaints. Schools and parents avoid

Terrible customer service. Staff are incredibly rude and condescending. It took 50 days to receive the ordered uniform items. I emailed them halfway through to say that I wanted to check if it was likely to take the full 45 days or sooner, their response was delayed and it was literally a copy and paste from their website telling me it could take up to 45 days! I know!! I specifically mentioned the 45 days in my query and then it took more than the 45 days! Don’t bother paying DPD next day delivery as they pay DPD for standard delivery.
They know they are the only company providing school uniforms and therefore treat customers abhorrently!

After washing the jumper once it had bobbles in the material....it was washed inside out like all his other jumpers and the £7 tu clothing jumper is still in better condition!I contacted customer service and they just said it wasn't bobbles and I had to wash it inside out...which I done!! The jumpers are terrible!the customer service is just as bad as they won't take accountability for the mess they come out!absolute joke of a company!will not be buying from them again and dont recommend them!stick to tu clothing they wash fantastic!shocking service and product!

I placed an order with BE Uniforms on 18th August, and as of 30th September, I still haven’t received it.

I emailed them on 4th September asking for an update, and got a reply on 5th September saying "Our orders can take up to 28 days depending on our suppliers."
That timeframe has long passed, yet I have had no further communication and no indication that my order is even being processed.

This is completely unacceptable. The lack of transparency, accountability, and basic customer service is shocking. For a company supplying school uniforms, this level of unreliability is inexcusable.

I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from BE Uniforms unless they are prepared for extreme delays and poor communication.
