My experience with this company was very disappointing. The quality of the pants is horrible. they were poorly sewn and had very poor finishing. One of the pants even arrived with the area where the button is supposed to go completely sewn shut, so it cannot be buttoned properly. The sizing is also much smaller than expected, and the fabric barely stretches at all. I also had a terrible experience with customer service. I sent approximately four emails explaining the problems, and I never received a response. They don't provide a phone number to contact them directly, and they never sent me a tracking number for my order. I definitely do not recommend buying from this company. The quality of the product was very disappointing, and when I had a problem, I received absolutely no response or solution from customer service.

Low quality, the sizing is off and they are not form fitting at all. Some people say they got an automatic message, it didn’t even get that.

Terrible customer service, terrible product, 100% a scam.

Terrible. Would rate -5000 if I could. Cheap material. Sizing is off. TERRIBLE customer service. Intentionally make it difficult to return. Wish I didn’t purchase anything.

Complete scam. I placed one order size 23-24. They charged my card twice additional charge for another pair I didn’t order or receive. They fall off my waist absolute garbage. They said you can’t return because it’s high cost and wouldn’t even tell me where the shipment should go to. Have me 15% refund of the first charge after endless emails still ignored the second charge. Total scam

Worst jeans I’ve ever bought. I have seen the ads abt them anf thought they’d be nice to try, but they legit aren’t even long enough, the fabric is low quality, and it doesn’t lift anything. Now im not flat, and I know that, so what the actual hell is wrong with you guys? I would like my money back. Such a scam.

Horrible! Took a month to get the jeans. I’m 5’8 139 ordered a small waist big loose around my thighs I emailed requesting a refund on 6/23 no one got back to me until 7/2 asking for a picture of the jeans and order slip I sent them all they requested on 7/3 and I got the same message back. “

I realized it’s a bot or automated message and this stupid email has been sent to me SIX MORE TIMES! I am so irate because i have not received any different responses I requested to speak to a manager, and I am afraid they’re are doing this until the qualifies return date passes and I am not able to get a refund.

DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME MONEY AND EFFORTS.

This is a horrible company with horrible products and services.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Do not buy from them! They do not help and say your package is delivered and does not show up. I have been waiting for over two months for these jeans to be said it was delivered three days after the delivery date and did not receive it. I have waited a full month on my complaint and was sent the fakest picture of it being delivered and couldn’t even see it.

I have been trying to reach someone to assist with a return since April. And all they keep sending is automatic messages

I wish I had looked at these reviews prior to purchasing these jeans because the experience I had was the same as so many other reviews.

I finally got these jeans after waiting five weeks for them to arrive and I couldn't be more disappointed. The shipping was extremely expensive (more than the product itself) so five weeks is totally unreasonable. The jeans are a completely different color than the picture and not a color I would ever wear. There is nothing special about how they fit, in fact I don't find them flattering at all. There is zero butt lifting whatsoever.

I contacted support to get a refund. The website clearly states "easy returns" and a "money back guarantee" but that could not be further from the truth. I have gone back and forth with support many times over the past few days without resolution. They have offered me a refund of 15%... not at all what their website promises. They repeatedly say that it's too costly to ship the item back, but I'm not really sure why that's my problem. If you don't want to accept returns due to shipping costs, don't advertise in the USA. And don't lie on your website about how easy returns are when I have never had to fight with a business like this to accept one in my life.

I ultimately contacted my bank to dispute this charge.

I can say with complete certainty that the reviews on their website are fake because even after being a verified customer I can't figure out how to leave one.

No stars pants had tear button falling off they make you email for days then say you have to pay for return and its costly so just take 15% off our last offer!!! Website says easy return 30 day guarantee all lies. Plus pants were cheap thin material nothing like photo.

Do NOT buy these. The sizing is way off and you cannot return them at all. They are terrible to work with and they are not good jeans.

They say when you open your package you void the return ability.

Avoid this seller. The jeans I received looked nothing like the listing photos. The material feels cheap and thin, not like real denim, and the color was completely different than advertised. They also arrived with a very strong chemical smell straight out of the package.

The listing says returns are accepted, but the return process has been extremely frustrating. I provided the order number, item information, and multiple photos of the brand new unworn items, yet the seller continues asking repetitive questions instead of simply providing return instructions. It feels like they are intentionally delaying and obstructing the return process rather than honoring their stated policy.

Very disappointed with both the product quality and customer service experience.

These jeans are nothing like they say they are. They dont even look like the ones in the video. They are not even close. Trust me do yourself a favor and dont buy them.

Scam. Don’t buy it, don’t waste your time and money. I ordered in March and it’s been more than a month and I’ve never received my package even tho they charge $15 for “ safe” shipping. But c’Mon it’s been already more than a month!
