Usually ok, terrible this time
Usually fine. This time ordered 6x4 photos, my receipt states 6x4 and somehow I was sent photos with various widths. I know I ordered the non various widths, as I have accidentally ordered them in different widths before and knew that was my own mistake so I paid again to reprint those photos.
I contacted and was told it was my own fault and was told they'd only reprint if I sent back my photos to their office. Maybe I'm being silly but it seems highly inappropriate to ask me to send photos of my infant to some office somewhere to be dealt with god knows how so I'm not out however much I paid and with photos I cannot use because they're all different sizes.

Upon review, I can see that since you did not wish to return the prints, we offered the option for you to render the images unusable, such as by cutting them or marking them with a pen, so you would not have to send them back. However, I understand that this option was also declined.
Unfortunately, we do have a returns policy in place for orders you are not satisfied with. This means that any items you wish to have replaced or refunded must either be returned to us for secure disposal, or rendered unusable by you. As both options were declined, we were unable to assist you further.
If you change your mind in, please feel free to reach out to us again, as we would be more than happy to help you get the prints you originally wanted.

The book is ok but huge disappointment was delivery time. It was a present for my husband’s 60th birthday and it came far too late. Very unhappy.

Misleading dispatch time
They marked the order as "dispatched" and sent through an email with the tracking number, the actual order was not sent until 10 working days after receiving that confirmation.
