Best avoided in order to avoid your disappointment

Unsatisfactory, Order delayed, no notice when delivered to store. Picture quality poor as if resized, heads missing from photos. Would not recommend this service. Go elsewhere to avoid disappointment

For my husband birthday

For my husband birthday, I ordered a mug with various photos of our newborn baby. He loved it as well as his family,

Might have to make some more for
granny.

(p.s. Please note: The mug didn’t arrive on the expected time the site said, and it had a few chips on the bottom, nevertheless, it was loved)

The Photos even though they were…even sizes

The Photos even though they were ordered as 5x7, they came in various sizes eg 4x4, 4x5, 5x7 & even larger.
Disappointed overall

We are sorry to hear you were not completely satisfied with your order.

When ordering photos, we offer two options: fixed width or variable width. Variable width means there is no cropping, but the photos will be slightly different sizes to accommodate this. Fixed width means that all of the photos will be a uniform 7x5 size, but cropping will occur.

This was an option which you have to choose between while ordering, and likely why your prints arrived in different sizes if you chose variable. If you are not happy with your order, we would recommend reaching out to our customer care team so we can resolve this for you.

Item not delivered on time even though…

Item not delivered on time even though I paid for faster delivery. Customer care was not helpful at all and could provide no explanations or suggestions

I have looked into this for you and can see that your order arrived two days after the estimated delivery dates. Although our delivery dates are estimates and provided only as a guide, I understand how disappointing it must be for your order not to arrive when you were expecting it.

Unfortunately, we cannot advise on why the delay occurred with the courier, as such instances are outside of our control. However, we have processed a refund for your express delivery fees as an apology for the delay.
