Didn't pop 😟
Ordered one of the pop up confetti cards. They're not cheap but it arrived quickly and was a nice quality product.......but it didn't pop.
So, over all, less good than a normal card. Bit of a shame - won't risk it again, it was a lot of money to waste.

Great Birthday Card to Remember
Ordered a birthday card for my Nana. Was delivered on time and had the desired effect, she sent me a message to say I was a ‘little devil’ and she jumped when opening. Great customer service
I have bought a lot of cards from Boomf, they have always been on time, good quality, and fun. The last one I ordered I put the wrong address on. I emailed them and they replied instantly and rectified it, great customer service.

Having used this card company for the first time today I was very impressed with the help from Will who pointed me in the wright direction with back and forth for at least 2hrs (sorry Will) thank you for your patience. Fantastic customer service thank you Yurica
I’ve used Boomf 4 times and love the surprise and delight the cards give. Yesterday I placed an order of a confetti card personalised and a butterfly card both for the same friend. To my dismay after completing the order I saw from the email acknowledgement I had ordered and paid for the confetti card twice. I messaged customer service and to my amazement they deleted the extra card and a refund was already on its way. Fantastic customer service… Thsnk you Yorica 👏

Delivery address changed!!
I placed an order but accidentally sent it to myself instead of the my parents.
I quickly emailed customer service and they were quick to rectify the order and change the address before the it was dispatched.

Ordered the eternal rose boomf box and…
Ordered the eternal rose boomf box and was very disappointed. The confetti spilt out they didn’t ‘explode’ out the box as the original boomf box does - on that note if there’s a certain way to open the box it’s a completely plain black box which doesn’t show any flap or writing to instruct how you hold the box and open it correctly. Very disappointing

Stick to moonpig
Ordered a card, told it would be with me within a date. They missed the deadline and im left with no birthday card. Shown to sympathy or understanding either. Ill stick to moonpig. Will the customer support was incredibly rude and just told me to read the small print.

My second order for this fabulous…
My second order for this fabulous brand. This is an incredible idea... So much more exciting that a regular boring birthday card! A bit of pazaz and confetti will brighten anyone's day! Customer service is incredible also. I had forgotten to include my sister's address for the dispatch address, I emailed the company and within an hour the address was updated along with a lovely email from the team ensuring they would keep an eye on the order! I will 100% be ordering more of these brilliant celebration cards!!
