Customer service poor unti I left a review. Mu orginal review was that they left my books in a recycling bin that then got emptied. Tracking did not show and company will not take any responsibility. Following this review they suddenly agreed to re post my books. They came the next day and where left in a safer space. This more curier issue than the company itself however the company could have handled the issue sooner rather than after a poor review. Amazing value for the books. Thanks

This company are brilliant. Really helped me out tracking down my package before it was sent out as it was incorrect.
Processed refund immediately snd communication was excellent

Easy to shop. Fast delivery. Would be nice to have free delivery with the amount that I spent

I ordered from Books4people but made an error. I requested for the order to be cancelled so I could re order.
This was actioned swiftly and I have been very impressed with the service I received. I have now re ordered the correct items I wanted.

I ordered in error at 11pm on Saturday, realising the error the following day at 7am. Having ordered next day delivery I wasn’t very hopeful when emailing support that the order could be cancelled.

Within a couple of hours a member of staff email me and said they had managed to intercept the order just before dispatch. Great customer service!

I’m trying to use Amazon less these days and this store is definitely on my list as somewhere with great customer service and efficient order / dispatch!

Answered emails really quickly

I recently ordered from Books4People, and although the delivery driver initially messed up my order (third party/external company), the customer service team was fantastic. They replied very quickly, were extremely helpful and responsive, and immediately arranged for a replacement. The new order arrived at my house much faster than expected. Really impressed with how smoothly and professionally they handled the situation -great service overall! Would happily order from them again.

I'm in NZ and had the books delivered to my son in the UK. It was easy to order and pay for the books. And great communication regarding the delivery.

Smart bundling of two books I’d already been looking out for but now at a combined lower price - Same as Ever and The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. £15 including shipping. Delivery time was normal and the books received were new as described - normal page thickness so not a cheap reprint or the like. I replied to their marketing email with feedback and someone actually responded!

Book I wanted at great price, dispatched promptly

I only received two books not happy kind regards Lillian

Excellent company and service

I put through a large order and it arrived on a timely basis. There was a problem with the order but the company were very prompt and attentive in helping me resolve it. Superb service!

Excellent experience with this company when I made an error in my order. They fixed my error promptly and without any hassle at all. Would recommend.

Bought a set of books for a birthday gift.
Not been opened yet. Easy to order and had exactly what I wanted.

My books were delivered exactly when stated. Excellent service would highly recommend.

Only paid for standard shipping and it arrived in 2 days! Better prices than Amazon, eBay, and other book shops too. The books were a little bent but it looked like the package had been squashed in transit, so not their fault. Will definitely be buying again!

Ordered a book fora friend’s and had to cancel as it has been duplicated, Books 4 People were extremely helpful in informing me wat was happening, cancelling my order without question, offering a full and prompt refund without delay.
I would definitely recommend and use them in future

A wide selection of books at a reasonable price & with quick delivery!
Recently had a need to contact customer service and my request was dealt with very quickly and very courteously.
Would definitely recommend this company!

got 3 books, (usually each £10.99) for £16.99 total. Great price, great quality
