Great service, team responded very quickly to resolve an order issue this week for me. Thank you so much appreciated!
I have ordered many a time for my children and sets of books in particular..they are always really good value.

My books were delivered on 11/4/26 by Amazon.
The driver waited until I got to the door and he handed me the parcel which was open. Some of the books were loose in the box . The driver asked me to check my order after doing this I found a book was missing from the order. I emailed books 4 people and they sent the missing book. I received it 15/4/26. Good service

I’m genuinely surprised. I ordered the wrong book, totally my mistake. I quickly realised and sent an email and this was picked up bank holiday weekend and the delivery stopped. A refund was made and received. I ordered the correct book and this was delivered promptly in good condition. Very good service and highly recommended!

Thank you for your great service 5*
Not long to wait.my 19 year old son so pleased
Delivery 5*

Your service was unbelievable. I ordered the books at the lowest price I had seen. They were delivered within 3 days and we're perfectly packaged. This is the third time I have used your company and your standards are excellent.

Great service, fast delivery. Thanks!

Fabulous customer service having ordered an item incorrectly. Ordered was promptly cancelled and full redund was given.

This lot couldn't care less whether they send you the right stuff or not. The items I received did not resemble the video of the item on the product page and when I contacted them, after much back and forth they simply said thanks for letting us know. Awful customer service

I was so impressed with the incredible service I received from Hussain when I accidentally received the wrong order. On the phone he talked me through the process and went out of his way to find the right product in stock and refund the wrong order. I will definitely be using Books4people again. Thank you

Parcel arrived on time in good order.
No damage to product.

Quick and easy to order and quick delivery

Ideal product, good service, timely delivery.

Very quick delivery, good quality, will be ordering more

Easy to order and received the books promptly. However, I ordered a trilogy (paperback) and got two paperback and one hardcover copy...I really wished the 3 books were the same.

Ordered books on the 19th, delivered on the 22nd. Packaged well, even with paying for delivery it was cheaper than anywhere else. Very happy

Great customer service. Really helpful and prompt in cancelling an incorrect order on my part. Unfortunately they didn’t have the set I meant to buy, but I would definitely use again. Thank you for the help.

My order wasn’t delivered. When I contacted Books4People to follow up I was informed that my parcel was lost in transit. They assured me a replacement order would be dispatched urgently with overnight delivery. After I hadn’t received confirmation by the following day, they replied to say that the order had been delivered. After I again contacted them to say this is not the case, they then said they opened an investigation with Royal Mail. I do understand that packages can get lost. My main complaint is that they assured me that the situation was being rectified whilst it was not, which left me no time to make another plan for the gift these books were to have been. I’m waiting for a refund now, let’s see how that goes.

Their courier posted my book into a Post Office post box & supplied a picture of them doing this. The book is lost and the company are refusing to refund my money even when they have photographic proof. I will never purchase from them again.

Unbelievable customer service from Books 4 People. I realised I needed some books at very short notice for Santa to give out to our KS2 children. I called the phone number and spoke to the most polite, helpful chap who sorted out my order and coordinated with his warehouse team to ensure it arrived via Parcelforce 48 hours later. I was absolutely over the moon and so relieved that the children would received their presents. Thank you so much - you saved Christmas!

Great prices, ordered 3 sets of books for Christmas Saturday evening, shortly after realise I ordered the same set of books that I ordered month before for daughters birthday, doh! Sent email asking if possible to cancel those books, got email Sunday morning to advise they'd managed to stop order going out and had cancelled the order, really only one one set cancelled but probably easier to cancel whole order, refund processed and I reordered the 2 sets I still wanted, delivered early Tuesday morning, great customer service!
