Amazing retreat experience
Rose is amazing. She is so wise and caring. She planned and led us through many helpful practices for self-care, healing, and wellness including breath work, facial massage, a sound bath, sunrise yoga on the beach, a painting activity, etc. And those were interspersed with fun activities including a comedy night, a dolphin boat tour, and fun games, as well as free time to relax.
She shares her vast knowledge of our brains and nervous systems openly. She listens and truly cares about each participant and works to help each of us improve how we help ourselves with the circumstances of our lives so that we can live with more emotional freedom and vitality.
