Didn't want to book through you I wanted to book through the actual hotel but don't want to cancel to have to wait for my money back

Did not like the Ai experience. It felt weird and fake. I hesitated to actually book the hotel but did it anyway.
The interaction isnt authentic, so if it’s a rating for experience there really isn’t one. People call to speak with someone rather than a robotic voiced version of online booking.

Easy to navigate the site

I’m impatient, waiting for the confirmation to come through

From start of call I expressed the room was for 2 adults and 2 dogs. She booked room without confirmation that dogs were on reservation and said she did not need to. We’ve been denied in the past because of this. She told me it was too late she already confirmed reservation. No refund no cancellation but can’t confirm we will be accepted either. Told me I didn’t ask her to put dogs on reservation. I reminded her it was the first thing I said. Waiting on hold for 23 minutes and counting after first transfer was a robot unable to help

The fees were very high, especially for a Hilton Rewards member. Im one and done with them.

I tried to book a stay at the Hyatt Regency in Boston. Thankfully, having taken my card details and gone through verification, the site said the payment had been declined, which my bank advised be was untrue, so I called the hotel to book directly, discovering that the price quoted by BookOnline was several thousand dollars higher than the hotels' own price.

number of guests input was confusing, ended up booking double the number of guests so am sitting on hold right now trying to correct it with a CSR.

It was easy, It was difficult trying to reserve a room thru the website

Even when there was a slight transaction issue, he was already taking care of it and gave live feedback as it was being resolved. Charged my credit card twice for the same reservation. Refused to refund the one charge. I’m out $1000. ALWAYS book directly with the hotel. These online booking sites are sketchy.
