Very friendly

Very friendly, spoke well and clearly. Angel offered us a less expensive room and we are happy that it was so easy to reserve a room.

Misleading booking process and unexpected overcharges

I am very disappointed with my experience booking a room at the SpringHill Suites St. Paul Downtown through this platform. The search advertisements and overall website layout were highly misleading, mimicking the official Marriott brand elements so closely that I was misled into believing I was booking directly with the hotel.
In addition, the final amount charged to my credit card was significantly higher than the standard hotel rate due to undisclosed service fees added at checkout. Because the presentation of both the brand affiliation and the pricing was confusing, I am requesting that customer service review my file and waive the non-refundable policy to issue a full refund. My reservation reference number is H18753507
