I booked PIA ticket Reservation.code.1B95F0 and airlines cancelled the schedule,so didn't travel and cancelled 6 month ago. but I still not received refund amount. I called and mailed lot of time.but he still told me we are working on it.i also Called PIA helpline and also mail him.they told me we added CCNİL remarks for fully refund you contact for refund to the booking platform Bookme.pk.

I have been waiting for my refund for more than 2 months now... Every time i write them email, i get standard answer:

We are really sorry for the hassle that has been caused to you. It is to inform you that we have escalated this high priority to the concerned department our team is working on the refund of your ticket. You will receive your refund in your account soon.

Bookme.pk One of the worst online E-ticket booking services in Pakistan.

Please Avoid their service due to following flaw backs which I am facing currently with them:

1) You will see the discount to book your ticket from this website, but after booking you will have to pay the hidden fare to the airline to reserve your seat.

2) If an "efficient" airline, such as Pakistan International Airlines, announces the cancellation of the flight just 10 minutes before departure, Bookme.pk will not support refunds by delaying and later on ask you to direct communicate with airline, as a resultant of their negligence You will become football between the airline and Bookme.pk.

3) For the past 42 days, I've only heard Zong ads on their helpline and no one is willing to sort-out the issue.

Pathetic service and website. I booked the ticket on 22,700/- and they charged me 26,100/- for it. and on complaint, they did not even refund a penny to us. They are fraud.

Totally fraud they charged me super luxry bus but whn i reached bus statio the bus was not even luxury.super luxry is too far away.i will suggest not to trust on this company.
they even not replies me on app .they asked me to call .why i should pay to call company to complain?

Totally fraud. My ticket was canceled and they said in one week I will get refund but now more than a month but I didn't receive my refund. Do not waste money or time.

They didn't even answer the phone, Worst Customer service. Very Bad experience we suggest never book seats form Bookme.pk, always book Tickets from direct Buss Services.

Do not use this website! They very frequently book the wrong flights and even after requesting a refund I still haven't got my money back in 30 days.

I would never recommend to use Bookme.pk for booking bus tickets. The bus stand person would not call you to check if they are leaving passengers behind. Those who paid online through easy paisa would never get their refund for not travelling with them due to some reason. Or bus driver did not pick them from stop.

Excellent dealings of Bookme.pk. Highly Recommended.
