El culotte vino con una de las costuras mal hechas y se deshilachaba, puede pasar con cualquier prenda, aunque no lo esperaba en una de este nivel.

Best of all is the quality if the equipment, really good.

Looking at the negative reviews I first had my doubts about ordering something from Bioracer, but the range of attractive clothing ultimately convinced me to place an order.
And I must say I have no regrets!
Ordering and delivering went smoothly and the clothes are fitting very well and are of good quality.

Dit jaar zijn we met een nieuw fiets club met veel enthousiasme begonnen.
Binnen drie maanden 100 leden, nice!

Maar toen begonnen de problemen, binnen drie maanden al pijn op zitvlak, zelfs op afstanden onder de 50 km.

De zeem zit standaard te ver naar achter gestikt, is te smal en de kwaliteit is om van te huilen.
De epic lijkt op hetzelfde materiaal en textuur als van een schuurspons (het zachte deel). Hoe wil je daar nou vele kilometers op fietsen? Een extra fietsbroek gaan dragen lijkt me ook niet echt een idee.

Een medewerker in een winkel, een pas avond of achter de de telefoon/e-mail kunnen hier niet veel aan doen. Vraag me toch echt af wie heeft hier besloten en goed gekeurd, “hè dus is een goed idee, laten we doen..”

Ik ben gewend om minstens zeven uur, 10+ dagen achter mekaar te fietsen, en dan nul last.

Hou zou een bikfitting een te smal en slechte kwaliteit zeem moeten oplossen. Dat lijkt meer afschuiven naar een anders.

Mijn ervaring met Bioracer sluit helaas sterk aan bij verschillende andere negatieve reviews op Trustpilot.

Ik kocht een nieuwe fietsbroek in mijn gebruikelijke maat, maar de pasvorm bleek veel te klein. Fietsbroeken van andere merken passen mij in dezelfde maat wel gewoon goed. Bovendien kwamen er bij het nieuwe product al stiksels los, wat ik voor een fietsbroek in deze prijsklasse onaanvaardbaar vind.

Ik heb hierover contact opgenomen met de klantenservice. De reactie liet lang op zich wachten en vervolgens werd mij gevraagd om foto’s door te sturen. Nadat ik enkele weken niets meer hoorde, heb ik zelf opnieuw contact opgenomen. Toen kreeg ik te horen dat men op de foto’s niets kon zien. Er werd geen oplossing, herstelling, vervanging of andere tegemoetkoming aangeboden. De communicatie gaf mij vooral het gevoel dat mijn klacht niet serieus werd genomen en dat het probleem bij mij werd gelegd.

Ook de zeem voldoet naar mijn ervaring absoluut niet aan de verwachtingen die Bioracer schept rond comfort tijdens lange ritten. Na relatief korte tijd wordt de broek al onaangenaam om te dragen.

Onze fietsclub heeft haar clubkleding eveneens bij Bioracer besteld. Door zowel de kwaliteit van deze fietsbroek als de manier waarop mijn klacht werd behandeld, zal ik er binnen onze club alles aan doen om bij een volgende bestelling voor een ander merk te kiezen.

Een duur product kan altijd een fabricagefout hebben, maar dan verwacht ik dat een bedrijf de klacht serieus onderzoekt en met een redelijke oplossing komt. Dat is hier helaas niet gebeurd. Op basis van mijn ervaring kan ik Bioracer niet aanbevelen.

I purchased a Bioracer cycling kit with my team mates through the intermediation of Hardskin the italian counterparty.
Both jersey and bibshort labeled as Bioracer.
A few points:
1) fabric not breathable
2) chamois unconfortable only after 1h ride
3) lower leg grippers really stiff and unconfortable
4) stitching poorly executed
What else?
At the same price point you can find way better choice

The worst cycling kit we have ever purchased.
We purchased BIORACER kit for our team through HARDSKIN, although the garments are branded BIORACER.
Without any doubt, this is the worst cycling clothing we have ever bought and used. The quality is shockingly poor and far below what we expected, especially considering the price.
The finishing is rough, the stitching feels cheap and poorly executed, the fabric is not breathable, and the overall fit is extremely disappointing. The leg cut is absurdly short, and the lower gripper areas are incredibly uncomfortable during use.
I hoped that at least the chamois would be acceptable, but even that becomes uncomfortable after just over 30 kilometres. In real riding conditions, the kit is simply unusable.
Compared with our previous supplier, at the same price level, there is absolutely no comparison. The difference in quality, comfort and performance is embarrassing.
We deeply regret choosing this product and feel we were misled by the advertising. In our experience, the reality of the product is nowhere near what was promised. This was an extremely disappointing purchase, and we would absolutely not recommend it.

För små storlekar, dyra produkter, ingen retur för klubbkläder, otrevlig kundservice. Kan det bli sämre?

The fees for the delivery were not included. What a surprise to add 45 CHF when you order more than 200 CHF.

Update 2026-05-19: The team of Bioracer have replied and handled this issue by both replying in writing and providing the shipping link. Apparently, the parcel had been shipped and arrived at a Pick-up point but I had not received any information about this.

Backstory and update for transparency for anyone considering buying from Bioracer.

2026-05-05: My order was confirmed by email, together with a delivery note and information that I would receive a tracking link shortly thereafter.

2026-05-08: By this point, I had expected to receive the tracking link, but nothing had arrived. I therefore contected Bioracer and asked for the tracking information.

2026-05-12: Bioracer replied by email, stating: "Seems like something went wrong by UPS processing your order. No updates were shown in the link. That's why I made sure a new shipment will be sent out today. You will receive a new shipping link tonight".

Note that I had not even received the first tracking link..

2026-05-14: I contacted Bioracer again, since no tracking link had been provided.

2026-05-18: I contacted Bioracer again, as I still had not received any tracking link.

At this point, my experience suggests serious issues with Bioracer's logistics and customer service. Despite several follow-ups, I have still not received the promised tracking information, and the matter does not appear to have been handled with the urgency one would expect from a professional company.

Everything above points to the fact that UPS (or whatever courier they use) have not even recieved the goods from Bioracer.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend buying from Bioracer. I personally will not purchase from them ever again.

As of now, I still do not know whether I will receive the goods I paid for. I will wait a little longer before considering further legal action, but the lack of communication and follow-up has been very disappointing.

Custom order fully paid but just just never delivered. I have contacted sales representatives several times by email without receiving any response. I have also attempted to reach the manager and have not heard back either.

At this point, the lack of communication and follow-up is becoming quite frustrating. THERE IS NO ANSWER AT THE EMAIL GIVEN BY MILAN IN HIS PREVIOUS ANSWER. Marketing.hq at bioracer.com just doesn’t exist.

Hacemos un pedido para un club con trajes de triatlon, y aparte de tardar mucho más de lo esperado todos absolutamente vienen mal, asumen que es un error informático que nos mandan unos nuevos y como esos ya están serigrafiados nos los podemos quedar, pues bueno, ahora nos hacen devolverlos cuando ya los habíamos regalado

My order wasn't delivered, and there was no tracking number. Customer support replied only once, claiming the order had been delivered, which is a lie. They haven't responded to any of my subsequent emails. I want my money back.

Surprised by the various negative reviews - have ordered from Bioracer multiple times and always had a good customer experience - including replies and order updates etc. Any issues have been dealt with promptly too.

Very disappointed. I ordered a beanie and paid immediately. No tracking number has been provided, delivery is taking a very long time, and the company does not respond to emails. No product has been delivered.

Great products I've purchased and would buy again. But, when there is a problem, good luck. Their customer service needs to be reworked to actually help the customers who spend thousands on their products instead of deflecting the problem back to the customer. For example: I e-mailed bioracer if they can help me with their shipper (UPS) to change delivery to hold at a UPS location so it doesn't ship back to Bioracer, they basically said "not our problem" when they are able to make changes as the shipper. The buyer does not have those rights.

I bought a pair of aero socks that fell apart after one ride, I contacted customer services but I did not get a reply.

Ik heb mijn clubkleding hier moeten bestellen, waarvan de levering erg lang duurt, en als je contact opneemt krijg je een niet al te vriendelijke en behulpzame vrouw aan de telefoon.
