Worst unreliable taxi service
It’s the worst taxi service, I have experienced. I booked 10 days in advance and still no one showed up for school drop. After repeated calls they allocated a driver after 30mins and we missed our school drop completely. Worst! Unreliable! Untreatable!

Twice their drivers have cancelled for a better job
Twice their drivers have cancelled on me despite me pre booking because they wanted a better job. Leaving a female customer alone at night on the street. When speaking to operator, they don’t seem to call and was advised just to call back the next day to complain

Recommended
We used Evo to Gatwick and then back to the hotel. They were very efficient, we only waited 5 minutes at Gatwick. The drivers were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them for sure. Incidentally, they were £4 cheaper than the taxis at the airport. ( don’t tell them that ! 😊 )

I had an excellent experience with Evo Taxis, especially with my driver, Zulfiqar. He was extremely professional, punctual, and courteous throughout the journey. He arrived exactly on time, was very helpful with everything, and genuinely went above and beyond to make the trip comfortable and stress-free.
