Booked.net Arvostelua 

They have lifted our property listings without permission and are not authorized to do so. Not only are the listings inaccurate, they are against all of the rules at this residential complex. Booked.net appears to be a total scam.

Ich habe über das Portal gebucht.
Nach der Buchung habe ich die Bewertungen gelesen und aus angst alles storniert.
Das Geld habe ich sehr schnell wieder bekommen.
Kann also wegen Hotelbuchung nichts sagen. Aber hätte vielleicht einfach nach 3 Tagen das Hotel anrufen und nachfragen sollen, ob das Zimmer gebucht wäre.
Vielleicht sollte man einfach nachfragen und neue Anbieter eine Change geben und nicht immer über die üblichen Buchungsportalen buchen.
Werde die nächste Buchung hier buchen.

Very disappointed with the Wine Village Motor Inn Rutherglen. We booked online through booked.net two rooms for one night and received a confirmation. The motel then contacted us to say we couldn’t stay one night we had to book for two and it would be a cheaper rate if we booked direct. So I booked for 18th and 19th March. I then found alternate accommodation and cancelled the online booking and also rang and cancelled the booking direct with the motel. The motel then took money from my credit card for a booking 18th and 19th February. I rang and explained that I had never booked in February and expected the motel to correct their mistake. They are refusing to return my $756.

Valutazione assolutamente negativa. Pubblicizzano la possibilità di cambio data prenotazione fatta ma poi alle mail non rispondono mai e occorre telefonare in Inghilterra per sentirsi dire che l' operazione non è possibile.

Buenas tardes, el pasado dia 22 de febrero del 2022, hicimos una reserva con la compañía online Booked. Net Hicimos la reserva al hotel Sándos monaco hotel en Benidorm. Nos confirman la reserva con los días seleccionados, el tipo de régimen que habíamos escogido y todo perfecto, nos dicen que la reserva ha sido realizada, con el número de reserva e informándonos del segundo pago de la reserva. Al día siguiente nos envían un correo, en el que nos dicen, que ha habido un problema en el sistema y su reserva fue redirigida a otro hotel y nos cancelan la reserva, que lo volvamos a reservar. Hicimos la misma reserva con los mismos días y ya no nos dejaba escoger el mismo régimen de habitación y era mucho más caro que la reserva que inicialmente hicimos el día anterior, nos pusimos en contacto con ellos, y la solución que nos dieron era dos hoteles más sin ser el mismo régimen de estancia y mucho más caro, lo comentamos otra vez con ellos, y ya no recibimos respuesta de ellos. Sólo quería contar mi experiencia con está compañía, que gracias a ellos nos quedamos sin vacaciones, que ofrecen publicidad engañosa y que no se fien de esa compañía y se hagan ilusiones de hacer una reserva en un hotel, porque aún teniendo la reserva hecha, ellos luego te la cancelan y te quedas sin vacaciones, cuento mi experiencia con dicha compañia para que no confíen y les ocurra lo mismo que a nosotros

w dniu 17 lutego zrobiłam rezerwacje, po której okazało się, że cena ze strony różni się od kwoty pobranej o 18 zł. W związku z tą różnicą, odwołałam rezerwację kilka minut później, natomiast kwota zwrócona jest 26 zł niższa. Jest to wprowadzanie w błąd i jawne oszustwo. Omijajcie tę stronę szerokim łukiem.

Забронировал 2 номера на сайте в гостинице Новотель на Киевской в Москве по гибкому тарифу с возможностью отмены брони с полным возвратом денег. Через 2 дня с карты сняли полную стоимость, потом отменил бронь в период бесплатной отмены и мне вернулось денег на 8% меньше. Обратился в службу поддержки, сказали, мы все возвращаем полностью.
В общем будьте осторожны, они снимают деньги, непонятно зачем пересчитывают в евро, отель в Москве, и потом снова пересчитывая в рубли и возвращают. Классный бизнес, никаких услуг не оказал, снял деньги и вернул и 8 % на конвертации заработал, другие системы вообще на гибком тарифе деньги с карты не снимают, а тут похоже на лохотрон

Отвратительное отношение к клиентам. Во время проживания в отеле решил его продлить еще на неделю. Оформил бронирование, с карты удержали сумму, далее затребовали прислать фото ID и карты для подтверждения. Все выслал. Через несколько дней получил письмо, что несмотря на успешную проверку, бронь не может быть выполнена, так как номер уже недоступен. Ну что же - неприятно, задержали свою проверку, букирую снова. Вновь списывают средства, вновь запрашивают фото документов. Отправил, дополнительно написал письмо с просьбой ускорить проверку. Получил неожиданный ответ "перестаньте присылать документы, бронирование не будет подтверждено из за подозрения во фроде". И все! Более ни саппорт, ни служба проверки ни на одно письмо не отвечают, возврат средств не поступил. Требование предоставить данные по GDPR также в игноре. В итоге продлил гостиницу через другой сервис - этим разумеется пользоваться более не буду и никому не рекомендую. Отношение к клиентам ужасное, беспричинная блокировка, невыполнение регуляций и отсутствие коммуникаций.

Größte abzocke. Hotel Reserviert und mit Kreditkarte bezahlt aber im Hotel wurde keine Zahlung verbucht. Dann haben wir noch 100€ mehr bezahlt!

I had issue with Hotel Sapphire Istanbul , i booked at this page. When i was at place in Istanbul , it was big disappointed for me. Hotel was not like in pictures so i went and look for other one. I need reservation to cancel and want money refund from them. All this i made with people from booked.net. All process was not so quick but all information from their personal was good and true.
I just can said thanks to support. They answered all my mails, give me information and i need just to be patient.
Booked.net is good service and people work good. They just need to control these hotels , in my case the information form site and pictures was not real, so that is only what booked.net should improve in future.
Service and refund money was excellent.

Whilst browsing the web, I discovered that two of my properties are advertised on this site.
They have clearly lifted the advert from another source without my permission, but in the process have created a list of errors which is too long to mention but the advert to say the least is very misleading.

What is more disturbing is that you can actually book through their site!

I would like to bring to the attention of anyone wishing to book a hotel stay via GETARROM or BOOKED.NET, to be careful because this site is a fraudulent platform without any professionalism.
To explain the whole story to you, I booked a double room at the hotel palmeraie golf palace Marrakech from May 12th to 16th, 2021, under the reservation number R2509703815, until now, everything is fine ... but by wanting to change a detail in the reservation and by calling the hotel directly to make the modification, I learn that the hotel has been closed for more than a year because of this health crisis.
I, who believed that my reservation was made on the official website of the hotel, I notice that it was made via BOOKED.NET, with the complicity of GETAROOM, who usurped the hotel's website, to give the impression to the customer wanting to reserve that they are in the direct site of the establishment and thus defraud them.
So I called their various collaborators while spending a fortune in phone costs and having to repeat my mishap, and to cancel my reservation before my credit card was debited, because I had the right to make a cancellation free until 24 hours before check in, but to my surprise the debit was made from my credit card on 05/11/2021, i.e. the day of the reservation and 2 days before checking of EUR 1083.65.
The funny thing is that they replied that after their verification the hotel was open, but this is completely false information, since the hotel is closed for a little over a year. What a big scam to collect money from customers for closed hotels, beware, stay away from these two scammers.
After several written exchanges with the chain of the ROTANA group to which LE PALMERAIE PALACE belongs, who confirmed to me that they have no relationship or agreement with BOOKED.NET and with GETAROOM, and therefore in no case do they have the right to market the rooms of this hotel.
After several calls and reminders to both platforms It was promised to me by GETAROOM according to my last phone conversation, that they will send me the reimbursement of this amount , whereas I did not receive until this day any reimbursement or written confirmation.

6 sierpnia 2021, dokonałem rezerwacji nr 22043655 na 6 noclegów w Chorwacji z natychmiastową płatnością.
Apartament okazał się zajęty.
Do dziś 14 sierpnia nie zwrócono mi pieniędzy.
Nie polecam tej firmy. Ponad tydzień czekam na wyjazd na wakacje i kończy mi się urlop.
