Hi Neal,
First of all, really sorry about what happened. That sounds awful! We were not even notify when this is happening. We put all the notes on the crate showing delivery company what to do, but they sometime don't look at all. But they usually will let us know if they are short staff and if they need additional charge on shipping. Long story short, we will pay for all that. Please contact us and we will get this figure out for you.
Update 5/2/2024,
Glad to speak to you directly to understand the situation. The problem was the terminal could not reach us DIRECTLY due to weird issues. Pergola is installed properly now. Glad you like the quality of the pergola, but the overall shipping this time was bad. Refund of $100 charge should be on the way now.
Accessibility plus promp delivery
Accessibility plus promp delivery. The shipment appears to have arrived intact and undamaged. Looks as though it should go together good.

Shipping
I was told I would be notified when the product shipped and I was not. I had to call and found out it had already been shipped. When I received the product the boxes were tore up and the pallets were broken.

Excellent but has some limitations
The structure and motorized operation is almost perfect. My only frustration is the LED light. It's not bright enough and the driver looks not enough power capability. It easily reaches max power limit and turned off. I needed to replace both LED lights and 24V supply to make it work even during rainy days.

Nice quality product…
Everything arrived in a timely manner and in good shape. Had I few issues with the instructions but figured them out with support from Bon Pergola. The quality seems to be quite good and everything works as expected. I pretty much built this by myself with an extra hand for the frame part.

Extremely impressed with my 10x13 wall…
Extremely impressed with my 10x13 wall mount that I mounted to the roof instead for overlap due to low eaves. Honestly blown away with the look, quality, and performance this far. I would say I'm a competent DIY'er and installed by myself. If you are not 200lbs and workout definitely recommend a second set of hands. Just wanted to put perspective that it can be done alone. I hardwired everything into 12/2 Romex and it looks clean and works flawlessly. Customer Service was excellent with immediate responses and provided great links to YouTube and advice in a few spots I need guidance. Highly recommend!

A great pergola at a very fair price
The experience of buying our pergola was great from start to finish. The salespeople were all very helpful with our questions, the quality of the pergola was top-notch, and it was extremely well protected for shipping without a single piece being damaged in any way. Installation was easy with me and a friend putting it together, and the louvers and gutter system work great. If I could alter anything it would be to offer a 10' x 16' size as well as the 10' x 13', but not a deal breaker. Love the powder coated finish as well. Would highly recommend BON Pergola.

Beautiful Pergola. Great team.
This was the first pergola I've ever purchased/installed. Jeff and the team at Bon Pergola were great to work with and helped me plan and prep for the install. Now, everyone who comes in my backyard immediately comments on the beauty of the pergola. Thanks team!
