BON PERGOLA Arvostelua

Nice aluminum pergola - we got the Bon pergola a couple of months ago and setting it up was relatively quick and easy (with the help of some friends).
We had some issues installing the screen and one screen was slightly damaged when we received it, but the Bon support was great and very helpful with resolving the situation.

Good quality materials, looks fancier than expected. Very sturdy and waterproof. They give you the EXACT amount of connectors though, so don't lose even a single bolt.

Great customer service. Prompt response repair issues.
Great warranty service on their products
I would recommend Bon Pergola products
above all other brand.

First, whenever I called, a real human answered the phone, not a robot.
Next, whenever I talked to the staff. They were very personable, friendly, and helpful. They were helpful in giving tips on installation that were not in the written instructions.
Additionally, I had a louver that was damaged in shipping. I took pictures of the box when I received the shipment but could not see if anything was damaged at the time. After opening the boxes when assembling my pergola, we found one louver had in fact been damaged. I called the folks at Bon Pergola and they asked for a photo. I sent pictures of the box and damaged louver. The next day I received an email back stating they would take care of it. The next day, a replacement louver was on its way.
Finally, we love our new Bon Pergola. It functions as advertised, everything fit like it was supposed to, and it looks great.

Thank you, Jeff for helping me trouble shoot my motor on my pergola. Great customer skill and very helpful. I definitely recommend!

The guys at Bon Pergola not only provided a quality product, but they helped immensely in deciding whether or not it would work for my space, how to modify the beam length, and how to route wiring. They did so quickly, professionally, and in a friendly way.

I will absolutely buy from them again if the need arises, and will suggest anyone in the market do the same.

The product was well packaged... in fact very well packaged.

Parts were clearly labeled, and extra parts were included and labeled as such. Fit of all component's was great.

Went together very well. Its very well made, so while the assembly is tedious, and the components are large and heavy, there were no issues with the assembly

Everything has got protective film on the metal. Its a pain to remove and removal adds a LOT of time but is worth it as it really is protected in shipping.

Product does function as intended, though i have learned that if there are leaves on the louvers, it might leak during rain. just like your roof gutters, you need to keep that clean.
I also bought the bond bridge, but learned afterwards that something has changed with that supplier and it is no longer compatible. Waiting on return instructions, disappointed in that part. If that had worked this would be five stars

We absolutely love our bonpergola! Turned out great, and was very easy to install. The motored louvres and shade work well and keep our patio shaded and cool!
We only had one issue with a motor that went out, but the customer service was fantastic and they sent us an updated motor and was able to replace it quite easily! Highly recommend!!

David, Customer Service, was OUTSTANDING!!!!!
Packaging of product - top notch
Followup calls with David with questions - - OUTSTANDING and returned promptly.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new 13x19 Villa Motorized Wall Mounted Pergola! Initially, I was hesitant to purchase online without seeing it in person, but after speaking with David several times, all my concerns were addressed thoroughly. His expertise gave me the confidence I needed.

I was also worried about the installation process, but the recommendations for installers made everything seamless. To our delight, the pergola arrived sooner than expected, and the delivery went off without a hitch.

Our backyard lacked shade, and now, with the addition of the pergola, the space feels so much larger and more inviting. We’re enjoying our outdoor area to the fullest! The motorized roof is a fantastic feature, allowing us to adjust the shade exactly as we want.

This pergola has transformed our backyard, and the quality is impressive! After comparing numerous quotes for custom options, we found this to be a fraction of the cost, making it a perfect fit for our space. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase!

Couldn’t ask for better customer service, they have been amazing and have helped my contractor thru out the whole assembly and installation process. The product is amazing and very strong!! Love it and highly recommend this Company!! A+

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Bon Pergola from start to finish. Even though I initially placed the wrong order, the team was incredibly helpful in correcting the issue without any hassle. They were always responsive to my questions and concerns, ensuring that I felt supported throughout the process. The pergola was also very easy to install, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

The Bon Pergola 10'x10' pergola has been the perfect finishing touch to our completely re-landscaped yard. The quality and craftsmanship are outstanding, and it blends seamlessly with the new design. Assembly was a breeze, and the pergola adds both style and functionality, creating a beautiful shaded area where we can relax and enjoy our transformed outdoor space. It’s truly enhanced the overall look and feel of our yard. Highly recommend!

Pergola is Super

Pergola arrived a few days later than planned and this gave us some challenges with manpower. However, the pergola arrived in great shape, with all its parts. Assembly and installation were uneventful.

The best part is the pergola now sitting on our patio, makes it a very special place. Early reviews saying our patio is like a luxury resort, we do have a great view.

The delivery of the product was frustrating. The "white glove" service is just two guys taking the boxes off the truck. Had to switch delivery companies, and delivery times, which meant staying home two days to wait for the delivery. When the second crew called, they asked ME if there needed to be more than one person to drop the product off.

Poor communication. Poor instructions on delivery

Overall, the experience was less good and more bad. Customer service is great, product is not worth the price tag. The product materials are good, but installation is very tough even for professionals. The motor shades are useless and even with perfect leveling, they don't work. The electricals for motorized louvers and wiring is not internal and is prone to damage with louvers. Everything should have been prewired for louveres, shades, and heating. I will not recommend to order for this price.

Sales team was great and the shade we ordered came in and was easy to hang. Customer service is top notch!
