An excellent first experience with Bon Parfumeur! I bought 401 Musc Shadow, a fragrance I first discovered at Galilu and instantly fell in love with. As soon as the 15 ml bottle became available on the Bon Parfumeur website, I didn’t hesitate to order it.

I was also pleasantly surprised to receive two 7.5 ml samples of their new fragrances. It was a thoughtful touch and made me even more excited to explore the brand further. Another big plus was the shipping – my order arrived in Poland without any issues.

I’ll definitely be ordering from Bon Parfumeur again. I can’t wait to discover more of their fragrances!

1ère commande d'un coffret de 30ml, dont le 301 Noces de Santal et le 602 Bois Narcotique ce 3 août. Très satisfait. Ce choix à distance a été rendu possible en partie grâce aux détails de composition des parfums sur le site, exemplaire sur le sujet. Aucune des 5 sélections ne m'a déplu. Réception 3 jours après commande. Etant déjà passé devant une boutique en déplacement à Paris, j'y entrerai la prochaine fois pour parfaire l'expérience et repartir avec un ou deux flacons de 100ml.

Je ne sais pas d’où sortent les avis négatifs mais cette Maison est remarquable !
J’ai commandé plusieurs parfums chez eux et les fragrances sont incroyables ! Ce sont des parfums vivants, avec un long sillage. Et il y en a pour tous les goûts, des frangrances aériennes ou capiteuses, toujours avec une tenue exemplaire.
Et avec une compo 99% naturelle, en plus ! Et pour les petits budgets, le paiement PayPal est disponible sur le site, ça permet d’étalonner la dépense avec le paiement en 4 fois. Et la livraison met 36h tout au plus. Bref, je recommande fort ce parfumeur.

J’ai commandé un parfum avec son échantillon. Commande nº2171118406. Celui ci ne me plaît pas. Ça fait 3 mails que j’envoie au service client pour recevoir le bon de retour. 0 réponse, messagerie directement sur le numéro du service client…. Ils bloquent la possibilité de renvoyer un produit et c’est d’ailleurs certainement pour cette raison qu’il n’est pas possible de télécharger directement notre bon de retour.

I ordered a full bottle of 204 ( + three free minis). Delivery took long but that’s not their fault. It came very well and safely packaged (gift packaging actually, which I didn’t ask for). I would order again. Also the bottle has the new label. I also received a promo code for next purchase which is nice, maybe I will use it.

I ordered some samples just before Christmas and they have been spamming with email constantly since. I've hit the unsubscribe buttons and changed email settings numerous time and they're still spamming me.

Ordered Dec 20, 2025-knowing it could be a few day to ship since it was the holidays. As of Jan 19, 2026 I have emailed 3 times, also opened a ticket on their website and also called and left a voice message which incurred calling charges to France(I'm ok with that if my issue would have been resolved). I did speak English so I get that I can't fault them for not responding to that one.

I have tried contacting them through 2 social media sites too, although I did get someone to reply that they would try and reach out to their customer service which made me hopeful. That was a week ago. No activity for a month on something they took my money and I have no product to show. Buyer BEWARE on spending money online with them.

Sadly I love the fragrances but I cannot justify buying their products if they continue to ignore their messages from customers who are getting nothing while they keep my money.

At this point, this company is a joke and I will never purchase anything from them. I have reached out to my credit card company to try and figure out what to do. How the FFFF does a company run like this?
