Fraud website. My order never arrived 😭

Scammers. Selling 399 and then later COD 499rs. These scammers should be reported. Action should be taken and page should be brought down

There is a perfume seller named EssentialPerfume who, even after receiving prepaid payment, generates a COD Rs. 499 invoice and sends the order for delivery. For VIP membership. If any one not paid 499 then previous payment not refund.

CHOR CHOR CHOR.. SCAMMERS.. WILL TAKE MONEY FROM YOU AND LATER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY WILL ASK FOR MORE MONEY AS MEMBERSHIP CHARGE.

They are making fool of customers by adding 499 additional charges as a membership fees after placing the order and taking the advance payment

Not responding to emails also.

They are fraud after prepaid order till now my order has been not delivered nor there is any response from them and there number are not working, please don’t buy any perfume from them they are fraud company, product will be not delivered to you

As many Customers also mentioned that they are fraud. First they take the prepaid orders and then ask for 499 more at the time of Delivery. I have ordered 2 bottles in buy one get one offer. Now I got the mail of be prepared with 499rs. At the time of Delivery. I am going to decline the delivery now.

Fraud website they take money first prepaid after they say pay again to take your order and I ordered 100ml perfume but they delivered 50ml there contact number is wrong they don’t respond to your mail on every step they are doing fruad

so total 3 perfume bottles were expected. the seller has sent me only - Diptque Tamdao from item no 1, and item 2 - inspired by D s@uv@ge perfume. so i have only received 2 items. also at checkout they take 499 , and on delivery i have paid 499, this is misleading nowhere they mentioned about this. this merchant is absoulately scammer.

1.First way they scammed me is by taking money as prepaid and later sending parcel as COD.
2.Other way they scammed me by sending two 50 ml perfumes instead of 100ml bottle.

Terrible, they send me the wrong package and I tried to contact them. They haven't respond to me and they didn't do any refund or get me back. They are the worst and their perfumes are cheap and worst. I have everything recorded and I have all the proofs.

⚠️ BE CAREFUL — ₹499 OFFER CAN BE MISLEADING

I paid ₹499 for a B1G1 order. My order summary clearly showed TOTAL ₹499. After taking my payment, the company informed me that my ₹499 was supposedly a “pre-booking amount” and demanded another ₹499 COD.

This pre-booking arrangement was not clearly disclosed before I paid. I now have to deal with a situation where I have already paid ₹499 and they are asking for another ₹499.

I have screenshots showing the ₹499 total order value and the later ₹499 COD demand. Please be extremely careful and verify the complete price before placing an order.

“SCAM ALERT! Totally fake and fraudulent. They charged me once as prepaid and then demanded the same amount again as COD. Even after payment, they kept asking for more money. Wrost customer service experienced ever in my life. I would recommend all the public not to buy their product ever innur life. As they first show as buy one get one but its not b1g1 at the time of delivery they take the full amount. Also after knowing this when try to return the product i reached out to them through email, what's app and no one from them is responding. Its like showing fake offer to cx and taking full amount at the time of delivery it's all a fraud they are doing. In the website also they mentioned easy returns but thats also false. As its like after taking cx hard earned money they are disappearing like horn in donkeys head. So plz on one buy from Essential perfume in the name of inspired perfume dupe, u will get better anf genuine options where offer mean offer no fraud no cod.

Very disappointed with my recent order from Essential Perfume de Paris. I purchased three items: the Bois Impérial perfume, the Hair & Body Mist, and the Hand & Body Soap.

I genuinely love the Bois Impérial fragrance, which is why I decided to give this company another chance after having shipping issues with my previous order. Unfortunately, the order I received yesterday was another disappointment.

The perfume, which cost $130 and was purchased as a gift, arrived with a noticeably crooked and misaligned label. At this price point, I really expected much better quality and attention to detail. I am honestly embarrassed to give it as a gift looking like this.

The Hair & Body Mist was also defective. The sprayer does not work at all. On top of that, both the Hair & Body Mist and the Hand & Body Soap smell nothing like Bois Impérial, which is extremely disappointing since that is the reason I purchased them.

I love the perfume itself, but after having issues with two separate orders, I am very disappointed with the lack of quality control. When you are paying premium prices, you expect the products you receive to reflect that quality.

Worst customer service. Like others have stated, my concerns were completely dismissed and I refuse to pay twice when I didn’t receive my order. Find a brand that makes the same or similar fragrance, don’t buy from them.

I paid twice for my order. They firstly took prepaid order and then they delivered item on COD after cancelling twice. They just came and handed over the item to another family member on COD. Do not trust fraud company

Giving 1 star because 0 is not in the option. I have ordered perfume and paid online but at time of delivery it was shown as COD order. And they playfully bluffed another family member of mine and took double payment for a single order.
