Ich habe seit mehreren Monaten mehr als 5000 € in Rightchoice (wohl eher Wrongchoice) stecken und die Updates von Bondster - so wie bei anderen Anbahnern - sind mehr als mangelhaft.
Bitte prahlt nicht mit irgendwelchen Einholungen von RapiCredit o.Ä - Ich kann diese Plattform in keinster Weise empfehlen und bereue es hier auch nur einen Euro versenkt zu haben.

I had a diversified portfolio with Bondster. By diversified I mean it is invested in ALL of the platform providers by an equal amount. Now 55% of the portfolio is 60+ days late. Buyback guarantees are not honoured by providers. They have a blog where they provide one line few month late updates on loan originators. However, some, like Dyninno, JCL or TrustGro are not even mentioned in the blog. Overall, very poor communication. I am waiting for the rest of the loans to mature to withdraw remaining capital.
Update after 4 months: Now it is 70% late.

Should you decide to stay on the platform, there is a range of loans secured by real estate offered by the Czech provider ACEMA. These loans come with attractive returns and a higher level of security. In the event of a borrower defaulting on the loan, the mortgaged property is sold and the proceeds are used to satisfy investors’ claims. You can also invest in these loans in euros.

No puedo disponer de mis inversiones ya que la garantía de recompra no sirve ya que no la ofrece Bondster, sino la empresa que lista el prestamo.
He tratato de hacer gestiones (como cambiar el correo electrónico de la cuenta) con el equipo de soporte durante meses sin éxito.
No se lo recomiendo a nadie, hay plataformas mucho mejores.
No os dejéis llevar por las rentabilidades ofrecidas ya que no sirven de nada si la expresa decide no pagar.

Plataforma nada recomendable, tengo el 80% de mis préstamos en retraso y un 20% con mas de 60 días y sin ejecutar la recompra. Contacto con ellos y me dicen que ellos no son responsables de la demora sino el prestatario... se lavan las manos claramente.

Viele Kreditanbahner - allerdings auch sehr viele Ausfälle. Dazu hat Bondster mit die schlechteste Kommunikation weit und breit. Auf Mails erhält man keine Antwort - dazu sinkt das Volumen an vermittelten Investitionen. Ich werde hier aussteigen - es gibt bessere Alternativen. Selbst an der Börse sind mit BDCs 12% machbar - wozu sich also eine Plattform geben, denen die Investoren scheinbar egal sind?
Update: Inzwischen habe ich per Mail eine Antwort bekommen - die Kommunikation könnte dennoch erheblich verbessert werden.

Scam, read the reviews!
Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before and this company is a scam.
They have blocked all my funds, justified by "missing documents" that can never be completed after weeks.
I've invested on over 45+ platforms and never had an issue.
They informed me today that they won't allow me for a refund.
EDIT: Their answer is total scam, watch out. I've send proper documentation for weeks now.

Protecting investors on the BONDSTER platform is our top priority. To be able to successfully prevent fraud and unauthorised withdrawals, investors need to prove their identity and confirm the ownership of a bank account. We do this to ensure that the money is paid to the correct beneficiary.
If we do not receive proof of identity and confirmation of account ownership from an investor, withdrawals from their Bondster account are blocked. Once their bank account has been successfully authorised, withdrawals from the Bondster account in question will be resumed. Please contact our customer service who will be happy to assist you in resolving your request.
UPDATE: We have reviewed your email communication with our customer support department and informed you on 15 July 2024 that the documents you had provided had been verified and that all your account functions had been resumed. According to our records, you have already transferred the funds from your Bondster investment account to your personal bank account.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Einfachheit, die Bondster für die Verfaultung meiner Investorentitionen bietet. Ich habe die Möglichkeit, die Entwicklung meines Portfolios zu verfolgen und meine Investitionen nach meinen Vorlieben zu verwalten.
Ich habe hier mit kleinen Beträgen angefangen zu investieren, was für mich ideal war, um das Portfolio schrittweise aufzubauen und zu erweitern, ohne dass ein großeres Anfangskapital erforderlich war. Ich denke, dass dies sowohl für Anfänger als für Fortgeschrittene Investoren gut funktionieren kann.

Jsou zde možné investice od nízkých částek, což vnímám jako vhodné pro lidi z nižšími příjmy nebo zkušenostmi. Dobře funguje funkce autoinvest, která dle zvolených parametrů vybírá vhodné investice a provádí reinvesroce volných finančních prostředků. Bondster je vhodný na budování pasivního příjmu prakticky z nulovým příjmem.

I have stuck 10 thousand euro and 20 thousand CZK more then one year in my portfolio with buyback guarantee loans and they are even charging me some extra fee for it. So I can not get money back and now my account got -40 euro, that I have to pay. I have call them what this fee mean and they told me, that was some mistake from before, that they give me too much money for interest and now they have to correct it. Buyback guarantee does not exist. There is not any guarantee, that you gonna get your money back. I have to reconcile, that I have lost over 10 thousand euro. I have been using another P2P platforms and I have nowhere so much defaulted loans. Very poor performance of this platform. I would never put money in this again and not recommend for anyone to try.

What you are describing was likely a corrective transaction on an investor account. In the past, a technical error at one of the providers resulted in an incorrect interest payment being accrued due to which some investors were paid more interest than they were entitled to. As soon as we identified the discrepancy, we rectified the situation and debited the incorrectly posted funds from the concerned investors' accounts.
Certain providers offer investors a buyback guarantee and are also responsible for fulfilling that guarantee. If the provider fails to honour the guarantee, BONDSTER steps in and initiates the debt recovery process on behalf of all affected investors by all available means. The buyback guarantee is given directly by the lender, who is also directly responsible for the performance of the guarantee. If the lender fails to fulfil its obligation, this is a breach of contract. In this case, Bondster will immediately enter into negotiations with the lender and pursue all available means to recover the full principal and interest payments due in the legitimate interest of the investors. As soon as the lender sends funds to settle the investors' claims, the funds are immediately credited to the investors' accounts.

Account and funds frozen without a way out
I was investing on Bondster for 6 months and was overall happy with the experience and the returns.
Until the day I found my login disabled without warning, explanation or even notification. I figured that my account might got hacked, but on inquiry with the support I finally learned that this is supposed to be the way they perform an AML/KYC check. I provided the documents and information they requested.
Again nothing happened for a while until I was told that my account got suspended 'due to the suspicion that funds may have been transferred to your account illegally as a result of criminal activity.' Whatever this might mean, as they refuse to give me any further information on what is going on or what I could do to solve this situation. This is going on now for 10 (!) weeks, denying me access to my account and funds.
In conclusion, invest only with Bondster if you are fine with that some unregulated private foreign company might withhold your money out of the blue and indefinitely out of arbitrary reasons.

We greatly value our investors, as they trust us with their funds, and we have a duty (both legal and moral) to ensure the security of these assets. We regularly check transactions in our system for potential fraud and other irregularities. When detected, we investigate the issue using all available means. In very rare cases, when we are unable to resolve the situation to the satisfaction of all parties, we refer the case to AML, Police, or other relevant authorities. This is our policy, we mean it, and in the interest of our clients, we enforce it. You can be assured that we care about this.
For obvious reasons, we cannot discuss specific cases or disclose unproven accusations. In such cases, the disputed assets are frozen untill investigation by the relevant authorities is finished. As soon as we can clarify the suspicion based on the findings of the official investigation, we immediately release the assets. Anyone who may be affected has been contacted by the relevant authority or will be contacted in short time. Upon request by the relevant party (and unless prohibited by specific regulations), we will provide the name and address of the investigating authority and the case number.

Extremely dishonest practices. Investors beware! The platform does not allow you to cancel contract when the only investments that are left are defaulted loans. THEY KEEP CHARGING YOU MONTHLY FEES FOR THESE DEFAULTED INVESTMENT. This is as unethical as it gets. You are forced to stay for years, cannot give up the loans, cannot exit, cannot terminate contract while the fees are piling up and exceed the original investments! In addition they recently secretly charge extra fee in Euros, only when I complained they explained that this was a mistake they made in the past when they added extra interest and now they only corrected it, are you serious? How many mistakes like this go unnoticed. And Im not even talking about the buyback guarantee which in reality does not exists.

According to the terms and conditions, Bondster charges a fee of 1% of the amount invested annually for investments in CZK. This fee is calculated daily on the amount currently invested and is charged monthly on the last day of the following month. The fee is also charged throughout the period of active recovery against a lender that has not complied with a buyback guarantee given to investors (note: if the lender has provided such a guarantee for the receivables) and for loans without a buyback guarantee where the recovery process is ongoing. Thus, it may be the case that a fee is charged on the amount invested annually on a defaulted loan until the recovery process is completed (i.e. the full amount owed is paid by the provider or the court proceedings are concluded and a final decision is given).
We object to the false claim that the Bondster platform charges investors extra fees in euros. In the case you mentioned, it was probably a corrective transaction on an investor account. In the past, due to a technical error at one of the providers, an interest payment was booked at an incorrect amount. Some investors were paid more interest than they were entitled to. Upon discovery of this discrepancy, we agreed to correct the situation and the erroneous funds were debited from the investor account.
Buyback and Exit of Investments are NOT guaranteed
I've been with them for a while now and I was lulled into the promise of buyback and exit guarantees with various investments. Now, I've lost around 2000 EUR because they cant get the money back. One investment is overdue a bit over 6 months now and even though it stated I can exit after 60 days, that is not possible anymore. Also, the buyback guarantee of being late 60 days or more is not being upupheld. Sadly, if you are looking for a decent investment oppertunity, this is not it.

If you are recording outstanding redemptions and the recovery process is still ongoing, this does not mean that your investment is lost. If successful, you will recover the principal and interest due. Recently, thanks to intensive negotiations, we were able to recover all the funds owed from, for example, the lender RapiCredit.
To minimize the credit risk of the lender, we recommend all Bondster users to spread their invested funds over many loans from multiple lenders. Broad diversification is also possible thanks to the fact that it is possible to invest in individual loans on Bondster from as little as EUR 5.

In the event the provider fails to meet the obligation of the buyback guarantee, Bondster actively negotiates with the provider to recover any money owed to investors. This process can take some time and therefore delay the process of making buybacks by the provider. To mitigate the risks associated with investing in loans, we recommend users of our platform to diversify their portfolios broadly.

Three years and still stuck here
Three years and still haven't get back my money. I've been stuck with the bankruptcy of Speedcash since three years, Bondster has not given any updatets on this and are not able to provide a timeline for the recovery. They are not even allowing me to write-off the investment, so at least i could stop reporting it for tax reason.

Lime and Rapid Credit - FAIL to buyback
Although Bondster has announced that Rapid credit will pay back all obligations by June 2023, I am still waiting for my investments to be paid back.
I am also still waiting for the investments with Lime to be refunded. All of them are overdue for more than a year now.

Regarding the company Lime, we are working hard to negotiate the best possible conditions for investors.
