Great product!

Was kept updated with the status of the order the entire time while waiting for delivery and absolutely loving the product!

Just here to check out the site. It’s definitely appears dodgy to me. For a company with reviews only from late October 2024, they sure do have a lot of reviews. Their Instagram page only started on Nov 21 2024. A lot of 5 star reviews from people who have only ever made one review ever and interestingly they chose this company.
All the negative reviews have consistent stories. The product is nothing like it looks online. It is cheap looking and many state it is ineffective. Shipping was from china and took ages. Even though the website claims to have a Sydney address in NSW - a huge showroom and warehouse - they continue to ship directly from China. Also on this Trust pilot site they claim they are based in Netherlands. So which is it? Does not make sense to me. Most one star reviews state customer service is poor or absent. Nobody states they got a refund.
What I find most abhorrent is that this company is using these “positive” trustpilot reviews to sell their alleged “dodgy” product. Trust pilot is being manipulated by unscrupulous sellers.
I hope this stops others from wasting their money, like it stopped me from wasting my money.

What a great product. It is easy to use the curler, I love that it has a left and right side curl attachment. I did not find it heavy nor bulky. ( I had read reviews saying it was bulky and heavy) I like the blow dryer and the brush adds volume easily. It is a touch noisy but nothing too extreme. I am a hair dresser and for someone to be able to do their own curls, I think this is easy and wonderful. Much better price than some of the other brands.
I have only had it a week or so but I am enjoying it and it is compact enough to store in my bathroom draw. Excellent at home product.

The product takes 2 weeks to arrive, comes straight from China in an unbranded box, products do not work.

Was great got regular feedback of where my order was.

I believed I was purchasing the Bondi Curls Sydney 5-in-1 Hairstyler Pro, which was advertised as a high-quality product with curling attachments to style hair effortlessly. The website also gave the impression it was an Australian company, with a Sydney-based address. Unfortunately, the item I received was far from what was promised.
Instead of the advertised product, I received a non-branded 5-in-1 hair dryer, shipped from China. It came with a European plug and an Australian adaptor, which was not disclosed on the website. The item is made of cheap plastic and is of very poor quality. The curling attachments don’t resemble those shown in the advertisement. Most concerningly, the unit only blows air—it does not have the functionality to curl hair, contrary to what the ad depicted (hair being "sucked toward" the attachment).
Upon further investigation, I found numerous scam warnings about this website that I sadly missed before purchasing. Their Facebook page was only created in November 2024, which should have been a red flag. Unfortunately, I was misled by the positive reviews posted on their social media.
I have contacted their customer service at their" info" email, requesting a refund under their supposed "try for 30 days, no questions asked refund" policy. I am waiting to see if they honour it, but based on my experience so far, I am not optimistic.
In my opinion, bondicurls.com is a scam. This experience serves as a reminder that if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing from this website.

Hair drier arrived in perfect condition, shipping took a lot longer than expected but it was over the Christmas period so this could be why.
It dries quickly and I love the air curler attachment! Bouncy natural curls that last all day.

Purchased as a Gift for my Granddaughter. Although the delivery was slower than expected as I didn’t realise it was shipped from another country, I was kept informed by tracking and emails of its whereabouts. The product itself is excellent, easy to use and works well!

I was so impressed by the storage box it came with and how easy it is to use the attachments. I haven’t used them all yet but so far they seem like they work!

As with all the 1 star reviews below, this item is a complete fake! I wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing!
Didn’t arrive in time for Christmas despite the promise of 5-7 day shipping, and has come from China in a generic box. No branding whatsoever …Identical items can be purchased of eBay and other sites. Wish I could upload a photo as evidence.
Worst customer service ever, this whole company is a total scam. Please beware, if you purchase this, you are setting yourself up for disappointment. Will be trying to get a refund but doubting that the “company” will be forthcoming. Piece of rubbish :(

Excellent product, exactly what the description says. Arrived during the postal - highly recommend!

Better than I expected. Not getting the curls I expected. Needs a slow setting.

Buyer beware Scam website. Ships from China even though they insist they are Australian and when questioned they said it was because they were out of stock in Australia. Dryer came with a UK plug and doesn't even heat up enough to style anything. Do not recommend.

I am very happy with this product, very easy to use and leaves beautiful curls.

Advert advised express shipping- took 3 weeks, was shipped from China.

I tried to contact the merchant - no response.

Product finally arrived - this product had previously been used as there were blonde hairs on some of the tools that did not even have the packaging on them! The product is cheap and tacky looking. This does not represent the advertised product!

I immediately contacted the merchant and am requesting to return it for a full refund. It has been a week of back and forth with the company with no resolution or returning the product for a refund! Reviews I have read advise the company are removing comments on their Facebook posts and blocking users with negative comments.

STEER CLEAR.

Love this product. Exactly how described. I tried the curler and my hair looks gorgeous. It takes me less time to do my hair which is the best thing about this. The best thing I've bought lately!

Delivery time was long (3 weeks). The 30 day return policy does not cover hair products if they have been used. The wand wrap and flat brush are ineffective and the product over all is very basic quality.
