BUA HQ Arvostelua 

Took my son's umarex glock 19x gas pistol in for inspection and repair months ago. Never heard from them I've tried calling several times to be given different excuses every time like oh its with the owner he's looking at it. Call back tomorrow as the person looking at it isnt in call back the person you need to speak to isn't in and my son paid over £40 upfront for them to look at it never received an email phone call nothing avoid them like the plague

Purchased a KWA qrf mod1, i tested beforehand in the shops range on excellent advice by a staff member. The smg was snappy and the build was top quality, also purchased 2 new Lipos, 3 spare mags, and a hard case.
Staff are super helpful as usual, will help with anything. Returned a week later to pick up another 3 mags and a new sling !
Very happy with BUA HQ, with everything you need, very good sales service, well presented fully stocked shop, would recommend to friends and fellow airsofters.

Recently had a package that was sent out and left outside my house while not at home and since then has not been located, been having back a forth with the sender and delivery company as nobody wants to take liability and been refused a refund or items reissued

For a novice it was a little strange, but I found my experience very fun, I had hired Lane 4 of the shooting range, to try things out, and they supplied everything, the chap I dealt with was very pleasant and showed me how things worked, and I enjoyed my hour, and improved my accuracy as I went, the movable targets closer and further away, my only improvement would be if I could have changed the targets myself, which would need the track coming closer and lower, but it wasn’t a big problem asking at the desk, who came and changed it, the shop was large and easy to look at the selections of kit available.

Try to rip me off for postage £25 what a joke,my son in law bought the exact same one and he lives 2 minutes away from me and his postage was £8:95 what a disgrace 😡
