Worst customer service among all the other delivery services. 80% of the time there are issues with the delivery and the customer support doesn't care at all: they only want to close the case as soon as possible by offering just a refund, which is a mockery to customers since it doesn't make up for the bad experience and/or for the not delivered food. It's literally like telling the customers to suck on it every time that they have to deal with an issue for which the company is responsable.

No responsibility for f-ups
Bolt food in Poland doesn't take responsibility for failures. I added instruction "hand over to the tenents please" and an open plastic bag with bread landed on a dirty doormat. I asked for refund. My messages were ignored until the next next next customer service person told me they can't help with an order from last month and that he Hopes I will enjoy the next order. There will be no next order. There is a plenty of competition in this area. Totally no class and no respect to others.

Disaster. I was loyal for many years. Courier didnt bring me the food and just marked the order as complete. He was not calling me and not calling to my door. I was trying to call him 5 times and he wasnt picking up the phone. Support didnt help me at all. Worst service ever. Use WOLT.
Wrong burger and soda. No refund.
We ordered burgers from butchs burgers in Prague. One out of two burgers was the wrong one. Since my friend is allergic to tomato she couldn’t eat the burger. We also got the wrong soda. I contacted customer service with attached fotos of everything and it was a robot answering me that I informed them too late about the restaurants mistake (I told them the day after). I tried to respond the message since I’m obviously not satisfied with the respons I got from the robot. When I send the message it got deleted and they closed down the chat so I couldn’t write again. Worst customer service. I will not recommend using this app. If you don’t get what you ordered it’s apparently your own problem.

They charge you and never reply if there are any issues. The courier claimed they gave him the wrong address and refused to deliver. I tried to get information as to what happened but they do not give any info and did not refund me. Do not use them.

The experience was extremely worst. I made a mistake of not editing location from the past delivery. Courier called me and I directed until he was 2 mins away from my location. I have had a negative experience with the service and found it unhelpful, ordered food in Vilnius Lithuania, not enough that the food was disgusting when I ask to return the money and send them picture of that food the Bolt Eat workers Darius and Andrius , first didn't reply on my report - second -confuse to help me at all, wrote that by picture he cant evaluate this food properly.

Boltfood is the worst food delivery I have used...
The first time I wanted to use them, my colleague told me how the bolt guy took her food from the store but never delivered...I called it bluff..
2days ago, a friend ordered small chops from 12baskets through boltfood, I had already ordered from 12baskets so we told them to give my package to the boltfood guy when he comes...
When the delivery guy came, he insisted that my friend will give him 2k for delivery because 12baskets wasted his time. Before my friend could negotiate or plead with him,he zoomed off with the 2 packages and blocked her line.

My friend reported him on boltfood only for the delivery guy to report that she rejected the food.
We called 12baskets for my own delivery to see if they can retrieve it from boltfood so that I can go and pick it up but they said boltfood was not giving a positive response.
Long story cut short, boltfood responded after their investigation that picking up food that is not ordered through boltfood is not against their rule and so we are at fault 🤫😳
Now I have the questions below:
1.If it is against their policy,why did the bolt guy not refuse to pick and report it on the app?
2.Why did the delivery guy not call us or tell 12baskets to inform us of extra charges for delivering the food?
My Comment
1.Boltfood riders are used to picking up customers food and eating it without any sanctions, that is why the rider acted that way and just as he expected, there was no sanctions and he wasn't asked to return the food.
2. There is a loophole in the internal control for boltfood...
A rider should not be able to click that he has delivered without getting a delivery code from the customer..that way they can be sure that the food was really delivered.
3. When food is not delivered, it should be returned to the restaurant and money refunded.
4. Boltfood riders seem to be Street bikers who have no training...
Boltfood needs to train their riders,customers need to be sure that their food is in capable hands not people who can eat their food or do something worse.
Until these issues with boltfood are handled please I won't advice you to use boltfood...use jumia food instead or any other delivery app.
