Bolt & Nut Australia is a Brisbane-based, Australian-owned online supplier of fasteners, fixings and hardware. Since 2011, we've helped government departments, tradespeople, builders, engineers, manufacturers, workshops and DIYers across Australia find exactly the part they need, without the runaround. From our warehouse in Murarrie, we stock over 25,000 product lines and hold more than 200 million pieces on hand. Our range includes bolts, nuts, screws, washers, rivets, nutserts, anchors, sockets, security fasteners, abrasives and ready-made fastener kits, in stainless steel, zinc-plated and high tensile options. If you need it, chances are it's on our shelves right now. Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day, and we keep processing orders on Saturdays and Sundays too. We're a team of around 23 people, and every order is checked before it leaves the building, so you get the right part in the right quantity. Whether you need a single pack for a weekend project or bulk quantities for a production run, we make buying easy. We offer up to 13 price breaks and 3 levels of spend discounts, so the more you buy, the more you save. Local customers can also use Click & Collect from our Brisbane warehouse. You'll also find us on eBay through our Fasteners Galore, Fastener Kits Online and The Fastener Warehouse stores. Everything we do comes back to three simple promises: Online. In Stock. Delivered Free. Shop the full range at boltandnut.com.au

I've sent you two emails and tried to call a couple times about the problems you're having with your shear nuts as we do want to help you / understand the issue as we have not had any other complaints about this product in 4+ years.
Let me know how we can help by replying to our emails.
Thanks,

great service and products
I could not source the product I needed near to where I live in a regional area so it was great to find it online at bolt and nut and have such a quick turnaround time from ordering to delivery. Very pleased with the product - a 316 grade stainless washer for some 316 stainless bushfire mesh I am installing.
