Amazing and high quality product.. my little one loving unicon model scooter so much.

I bought this scooter and it was delivered quickly and my granddaughter loves the jazzy colours.

Parts missing in package. Contacted them. They are sending the parts to us but haven't arrived as yet. Surely they should be checked before sending out.

It was in good condition and good quality.... but thought might have been little cheaper..

I got my daughter a Boldcube scooter for her birthday and it is absolutely brilliant in every way! Unfortunately the folding mechanism stopped working, although this didn't affect it's use,I needed the scooter to fold to take on holiday next month. I contacted the company and Chloe resolved the issue promptly with outstanding customer service and in less than three days the scooter was back to its folding glory. I can't thank Chloe enough for her kindness and understanding. Best company I've dealt with for a very long time! Highly recommend.

I had abolt on the scooter that broke.
I contacted Boldcube for assistants and spoke to a very helpful person called Lilly she said she was sorry to her about our issue and would organise a replacement bolt for us. Sure enough it was sorted we received not one but one and a spare and a little free gift for my daughter whose scooter it was. I can only say we had exceptional service from this firm.

I bought a scooter as a gift for 3 year old. Child loves it and it’s well made and good quality. One disappointment- the LED lights aren’t as bright as I had hoped- I thought they would be like the ones in kids shoes. Child disappointed as they love the flashing shoes. Maybe there’s a reason? Otherwise good value and pleased with service and price.

Exelent staff

Bought a spare part to replace a damaged one on a scooter. Good value for money, prompt dispatch and delivery. Packaging could have been a little better (the packing was split on arrival and looked like the part could fall out soon), but otherwise no issues.
Part was easy to replace and scooter was fixed within a couple of minutes.
The scooter has held up really well for the past year or 2 against the constant use by a 4 / 5 Yr old

I got my little one his first scooter from Boldcube. He liked the design, I liked the price and the fact that they have replacable parts- very useful with small kids. We both really love it!
Unfortunately, the part holding wheels together broke after a while- probably my son's lack of technique rather than scooter's fault. I contacted the customer service and within less than 1 hour I got a reply. They sent me replacement part with some extra gift to say sorry. They also recorded for me a video so I know how to replace it. Since then we never had any problem with the scooter.
I have never seen such quick and amazing customer service. Highly recommend!

Lovely product speedy delivery. Present for grandsons 1st birthday, he's not tried it yet but I've assembled it and it looks like a good product and it went together really easily.

This was my third recent purchase from Boldcube and the first time I had any problems, as one wheel arrived with no working LEDs. HOWEVER, this is where customer service comes to the fore, and I am pleased to say that Boldcube promptly sorted out a replacement, and also checked with me about an axle bolt I’d ordered to make sure I’d got the correct one for my scooter. Thanks to all who helped
