BOLDCUBE Scooters Arvostelua 

My 8 year old daughter wanted to update her scooter. After reviewing availability on the internet via Google search, I decided to go with BOLDCUBE scooters, and I have not been disappointed.

The website was easy to use and there were quite a few choices and colours. My daughter eventually chose the black stunt scooter. The item was delivered very quickly and well packaged and protected. Setting up the scooter took no longer than a few mins (4 bolts).

Albeit there has not been a great deal of use, first impressions are that the scooter is very well built. Having a 6 month guarantee does give me the confidence that it will be great for my daughter.

I did have a little feedback for BOLDCUBE regarding the lettering on the front of the scooter, but this was handled very quickly and effectively by Kealan.

Overall, highly recommended.

We bought our dinosaur 3 wheeled scooter for our son of 3 from a store that closed down in the Netherlands. When we tried to assemble the scooter, it didn’t work. We couldn’t go back to the store since it closed down.
I contacted BoldCube via the contact details on the scooter and Kealan was very friendly when trying to figure out how we could solve the issue. Since we are located in the Netherlands and they are in the UK, going to their local store was not an option ;)
In the end he send us a brand new scooter and my son loves riding it! He loves the dinosaurs and lights. I love that I can fold it when he is done riding it (3 year olds change there mind every few minutes) and wants to walk. Carrying it is so much easier than with the bike he has.

I bought a scooter for my son’s birthday and it arrived damaged. I contacted customer support and Kealan was very helpful, he turned it around very quickly and had a replacement sent out asap so it arrived in time for the big day. He kept me updated all the way through the process and made it as smooth as possible. In my opinion accidents happen but it how you respond, I highly recommend their services. Thanks Kealan!

I bought a scooter 3 years ago for my son, it's still in perfect condition despite daily use! I wanted to revamp for my daughter but no spares on site. I emailed and had a response within 2 days letting me know it had just come back in stock so this is a big 3 wheel scooter that is now going to last my youngest 3 years too I'm sure but not feel like a handmedown. Love it.

Contacted to get a spare bolt for my sons scooter.
Contacted by email to check it was the right one. They emailed back right away. Bit arrived within 2 days and with a little light as a kind bonus. Excellent, friendly customer services and response times (thanks Kealan!).

I had a problem with my granddaughters new scooter which developed a split underneath.
After contacting BOLDCUBE I had a reply with 1-2 days from Kealan.
He dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently.
We now have a replacement scooter and one very happy child.

Kealan was very helpful and arranged a new scooter to be delivered promptly when the original went missing with the courier. The scooter is beautiful and my daughter loves it.

Following an issue with a crack in the chassis of a recently purchased Boldcube Scooter, I contacted the company's Customer Services to ask if they could provide a replacement chassis. I was impressed by the rapid and courteous response I received from Kealan who went above and beyond to resolve my query. I was delighted when a brand new replacement scooter was despatched within a couple of days and the customer service I continued to receive throughout the whole process was second to none. I strongly recommend Boldcube to anyone who is considering purchasing one of their scooters.

After recieving a scooter which had a snapped brake when it arrived I was left a bit disappointed. Our youngest boy loves his bold cube scooter and our eldest started to like it and wanted one the same for his birthday.

Of course after reaching out to customer services about this issue I was surprised with the amazing quick response from Chloe who I felt went above and beyond. The replacement brake and a couple of added extras which were added in flashed up in a separate email before the message from Chloe and I could see it was being dealt with. Chloe's email after reassured me things were being dealt with and I was over the moon for all she had done.

This is a prime example of how customer service should be and I will not hesitate in continuing to purchase from boldcube scooters and would highly recommend to anyone else.

Fantastic company!!
The Range muddled up my order so I contacted BoldCube and spoke to Chloe, she placed the order for me and matched the price I originally paid.
I wanted to order another scooter for my other nieces birthday and the colour I wanted was sold out everywhere, Chloe did everything she could to find me the colour I wanted and put the order through for me and also threw in 2 scooter lights for free!!!
I will 100% recommend BoldCube to anyone who's looking for a fab scooter. I have 2 very happy nieces on their birthdays!

Great product, very durable, nice designs and kids are absolutely obsessed with them. Had a few queries which Boldcube's customer service team helped me out very swiftly and efficiently with.

I ordered a scooter for my grandson end of November. Got text from Evri saying scooter had been delivered which it had not! Contacted Boldcube
and Kealan asked me to check around which I did again and said how anxious I was becoming as nearly mid December. Also couriers would normally take a photograph of delivery on doorstep and there was none.
Kealan sent out a new order by Royal Mail this time making sure it arrived well in time for Xmas.
I would use the Company again as product looks great and not their fault couriers were dishonest.

First of all, let me express how great the product is that we have ordered and our daughter loves it and uses it daily, we can not be more satisfied.
Secondly, we had issues with the delivery and we contacted customer service to help us out and they were quick and efficient.

Kealan and team helped me identify and purchase replacement parts for our scooter really quickly. I was not sure which parts I’d need (size of wheel etc) but they asked for a short video, identified the parts - purchase and delivery was smooth and prompt. Love the great service - l would have hated to buy a new scooter.
