They send someone to service our boiler every year, they are always punctual, reasonable and honest, and their communication is very reassuring.

The company was easy and quick to book an appointment for the very next day, made sure to call to check if appointment can still go ahead/needs changing on times at all and the person who came to check the boiler was polite, nice, and respectful. Due to Covid he was also respectful of distance and mask wearing while in the house. Great service, would call again.

We are selling our flat and our buyer requested a gas safety certificate. We contacted Boilerpointer at short notice prior to Christmas. They inspected our gas appliances and boiler and made the repairs and provided the cert. I found them at all times punctual, effective and professional. Highly recommend.

Friendly and painless boiler service, would recommend and use again

Engineers arrived on time, took all safety measures related to COVID-19 before entering the property and during the Gas Safety inspection. Check thoroughly and provided copy of a Gas Safety Certificate, 100% Recommended.

Never been more disappointed in a service. So many mistakes which needed rectifying - turned a 3 day job to over a month. Nice people, but need to listen to customers, improve communication, and ensure work is thoroughly checked prior to leaving a property and need to check own work in a methodical way. Would not recommend.

Good service so far but still waiting for other parts to be installed. Hopefully everything working properly soon.

Boiler pointer ,word of warning steer clear, Radiator leak ,sounds like a small simple job well not as far as this company are concerned ,sent out to me by corgi home plan my first horrendous experience was with the laughing hyena they have answer the phones who seems to think everything is hilarious and is more concerned about her cigarette fix ,so as she proceeded to inform me last Thursday, a week ago ,engineer would be coming to fix the leak no sign of him Friday numerous calls to them and corgi, she tells me again he will be here soon,its now 2 days I've took the day off work waiting for there arrival ,9 pm Friday night the guy turns up and proceeds to tell me he can't just turn the radiator off as I don't have a combo boiler so they need to drain the system and oh yes minor detail, it can take 3 hours ,midnight or later then that they may finish!!! even though the woman in the office had been sending them for 2 days running ,no, come back working hours I told them, so the following Tuesday a radiator is delivered and Wednesday the guy turns up and proceeds to tell me the wrong fittings have been sent with the radiator so he can't change it, ,no surprise there really ,but he does say he can still drain the system and turn the now over a week old leak off and then he can come back when they manage to send the correct the fittings and change it, can't you freeze the pipe i asked him and turn it off and change the radiator , half hour job ,nothing seemingly to major you would have thought but no of course he didn't have equipment needed for this option ,so off he goes again with the radiator still leaking ,still not turned off, the office then decides folĺowing my phone call and complaint to corgi again that they can't freeze the pipe and take the radiator off and that the system has to be drained, aside from the money aspect of a difference of a 3 hour job to a half hour job I've yet to hear the actual reason why they can't do this option which i did call them to enquire incidently of course they haven't actually disclosed this reason as of yet ,so hence 2 weeks later i still have a leaking radiator , can't wait for the response though doubtful they will call back with one, perhaps after another burst of laughter and a smoke the ol girl in the office will come up with some substantial answer, what's really worrying is if a small job such as a leaking radiator is causing them so much trouble I would be horrified if they were assigned for a major job ,oh and as for taking out a corgi home care plan your best off not bothering wasting your money, if you had a major problem you may end up with your house flooding before they actually send someone whos actually competent round to sort the problem out

I was able to get an appointment the same day and the engineer came promptly and on time. He did a good job. Will definitely use again

Last Friday we had some guys round to do some sludge removal from our radiators.
We found them helpful, friendly and efficient.
Are radiators are now working properly.

After let down by 247homerescue, who failed to complete the boiler service and CP12 at my tenant's place, I was in an urgent lookout for someone to complete the task in a fast, cost effective and professional manner.

Caroline from boilerpointer took my details, promised me the date the engineer will contact and bingo! I got a call from the engineer who kept me informed of the arrival time, was polite and completed the job in quality and professionally.
Also, I didnt have to pay upfront like most companies demand. After the successful completion of the job, I was sent an invoice to pay.

So, thank you boilerpointer and Caroline!! Will definitely use you guys for every year for my home and tenanted properties boiler works.

Rafi came over to carry out a service of the boiler. In addition he inspected the gas appliances, disconnected an old, unused gas heater, and issued a gas safety certificate. A polite and friendly man, he attended to the tasks in a caring and conscientious way.
