Excellent service

Excellent service. Gentleman who did the work was very professional, friendly and abided by coronavirus rules. There was an issue with some piping that was remedied on the spot at a very competitive price. Would certainly call them again.

Superb

I used this company for a one-off service of my boiler as I wasn't able to get an appropriate service from British Gas. The engineer who visited was friendly and professional and an appointment was able to be arranged in less than 1 week of phoning to book. Thoroughly recommend.

Would recommend

Whilst the original appointment for my boiler service needed to be moved this was done with my agreement and they proactively kept me informed.
The service itself was quick and efficient - no complaints at all.

Amazing service

We were due for a boiler service and boilerpointer were fantastic! The engineer was quick and knowledgable. The service was brilliant - will definitely be using them again

Great service at great cost

Great service at great cost. I had my boiler service booked very easily online and the engineer came around and gave a very informative overview of the boiler and also, very polite. I will definitely recommend to others.

Amazing Boiler Service

The engineer arrived on time.He was friendly and completed all the paper work and issued a certificate after an annual boiler service. I will definitely be using them annually.

Good fast service

Good fast service. The engineer attended on time and was very professional and friendly.
I would be happy to use Boiler pointer again and to recommend them.

Amazing service provided by Boiler…

Amazing service provided by Boiler Pointer. I had a Boiler service booked the engineer came on time and knew what he was doing. Serviced the boiler smoothly and was on his way. Would definitely be using them again.
