I am a huge fan of bohoo, I was recommended by a youtuber I subscribe to, a long while ago

I love the quality of the clothes, they have a fantastic plus size range as well as smaller sizes too. My orders always arrive promptly and well packaged,
On the odd occasion I have sent something back it's a very easy and quick process
I will continue to use booho and happily recommend them to my friends

Leider musste ich schlechte Erfahrungen machen mit Bohoo. Die Qualität der Klamotten ist in meinen Augen, trotz des günstigen Preises, nicht akzeptabel. Des Weiteren wird man als Kunde quasi was Versandkosten angeht hinters Licht geführt. Die Rücksendungen werden übernommen, jedoch die Versandkosten auf dem Weg zum Kunden nicht. Dies wird dem Kunden jedoch nichts ausreichend vor Bestellung mitgeteilt, wodurch dieses Vorgehen nicht rechtens ist. Zusätzlich ist auch der Kundenservice sehr schlecht zu erreichen.

Brilliant service from start to finish.

Items were delivered on time. Refund was processed speedily and without any fuss.

Ordered a mask on next day delivery a week later still no package. I contacted boohoo on Monday was promised a new item had been sent again on 24 hour delivery and still 3 days later have no item. Absolutely appalling from a company like this.

En commandant sur le site je croyais recevoir des articles de qualité correcte.
En déballant les articles je me rends compte que la qualité est pire que celle du marché !!!
Certains vêtements ne taille pas correctement.
En plus de ça on nous promets un retour gratuits mais quand on va sur le site pour imprimer l'étiquette de retour on nous dit que ceux ci sont a NOS CHARGES honteux !!!!!!!

Never order from here!!!
My first order here and I ordered big. When I received the items it’s was EXTREMELY bad quality. Unwearable and the sizing wasn’t true to size AT ALL, super small and felt like it would break any second. I even ordered a pair of pants that came with the note “don’t sit on white the color washes off”. I wanted to do a full refund and I knew that I needed to pay the return cost myself but was expecting around $8 since that’s what I have payed before when I needed to pay the return cost. I went to the store and needed to pay $36?!!!!!! I contacted their customer service and got the response “that’s how it is”. What kind of business is this???? A joke? This is supposed to be one of the big brands out here and this is what I get.

I had to go to a supermarket 4 mile away as only one supermarket have the machine next to our home to download the return labels absolutely ridiculous, I will warn all my friends stay clear

Had ordered 3 dresses but one was missing in the parcel.so contacted boohoo customer service through watsapp today. Customer assistant Jayne Y was very helpful. She told me that she will send the dress through next day delivery. I trust her so waiting for the dress to arrive by tommorow or day after..Thank you so much Jayne J for your excellent customer service....Love to shop with boohoo..

Very good service, safe place to shop.
Replaced item that Norway Post did not deliver.
My daughter had two orders for dresses on the same day. The dress she was going to wear arrived in the mailbox. The second order was birthday present for me. Norway Post said that both packages were delivered on the same day. The mailbox is not big enough for both packages so she figured one was taken to the post office.Traveled away to ask them.They couldn't find the package. They should check up and call when they found the package. Contacted them several times but the package was not found and she was told to contact the sender. Boohoo promised to send a new dress with fast delivery. The package arrived. Mother and daughter could then dress in identical dresses New Year's Eve.
